... of the 2016 Ford Fusion S vehicle, there is an outstanding recall on similar models in 19V632000. The list of states include the state of Missouri which is where the vehicle was purchased from. At the time the recall notice was sent out (August 28, 2019), the vehicle would have been registered in Kansas. A search by the VIN number does not show a recall notice for it. Presently, the vehicle is registered in Iowa. I hope to get review of my VIN number to see if this recall should have included my vehicle as there are similar models distributed in similar states, with exact issues pertaining to my vehicle which was not included in the initial recall. I have service scheduled for this vehicle at an authorized Ford dealership on July 17th, 2025 which was the earliest I could get the car in. I'm concerned as this is a substantial issue that puts the vehicle at risk for a serious malfunction should the power steering fail completely while being operated. on 5/20/25, I had my Tesla repaired as I had suspension issues. They repaired my car to rectify my suspension for both my front and rear tires. After they saw my video, they indicated that the lower control arm of my rear tire broke and they indicated that this was just a damaged component. My biggest concern is that if this issue was not related to the repair work done a month ago, this could be bigger issue as I could have been very concerning that this part broke when I was driving at high speeds and I think it's warranted to check on the quality of the component. In my 40 plus years of driving, I have never experienced this happened to me. If you need documentation or video of how the tire and the axle looks, I can forward it to you. I was later told they did a wheel alignment, but the issue remained. This was the second time they returned the vehicle in an unsafe condition. I nearly crashed due to how unstable it felt. In May 2025, I brought the car back again. Tanner suspected the steering column but said no diagnosis was done. He gave me a loaner vehicle, which had a flat tire. I had to drive my own unsafe car for nearly a month while waiting for another loaner and parts—no resolution during that time. On 6/13/2025, I contacted the Tesla Glendale Service Center. The advisor expressed frustration, saying this collision center often offloads unresolved issues. I also contacted Tesla Support (877-798-3752), who advised me to file this NHTSA complaint. As of June 2025, the issue is still unresolved. My car continues to sway and veer dangerously on the freeway, and Tesla North Phoenix Collision has failed to properly diagnose or fix it despite multiple returns. My engine slowed down on the interstate. My steering wheel was visibly shaking and I lost the steering access control. The truck threw an Cylinder 6 error code. At the mechanic, they identified that at least one of my camshaft lifters had failed. If I had continued to drive my vehicle, the engine block would have eventually locked up.

Due to faulty coolant supply systems, the coolant would be used up very quickly, which could cause the engine to overheat and become dead in the water, effectively endangering anyone driving it.
