Dealer wants to replace rear lower control arms due to corrosion and the car control arms were never addressed when I took it into the dealer for recall 16V458. December 2022 two weeks after I leased the vehicle from Roush Honda, due to severe cold weather the driver side mirror cracked and I immediately reported to the dealer with photos via email communication. My wife and I operated and operate the vehicle over 7 months (December 2022 to present) without the ability to use driver side mirror, which caused and causes stress, anxiety and safely concerns especially merging on the free away and changing left lane. On multiple incidents almost got into terrible fetal accidents with semitrucks on the freeway caused by this unstable and un-adjustable driver side mirror. Engine maintenance notification came on and car was taken in for diagnosis. It seem the coolant bypass valve was the issue and this seems to be an issue for Camry's, Corrolas, and the RAV4s. On that visit, they were notified that the windshield had already been replaced by Safelite on March 18th 2021 due to a crack that compromised the windshield's integrity. This is a fleet vehicle, so I am notified regularly that I still have not had this taken care of. I called Joe Cooper back on two occasions to check up on the status, with the last time being July 3rd, 2023 in which they requested I email copies of the Safelite Invoice again. Attached is the Invoice from Joe Cooper as well as the invoice from Safelite confirming full windshield replacement using an aftermarket Fuyao windshield. I cannot get an answer as to why there is a hold up so I cannot tell if this is an issue on Ford's part or the dealership. I am, however, looking to resolve this issue.Read more

My 2015 ford explorer water pump has failed sending coolant all over. The water pump in an internal component of the engine. I am lucky that I caught the water pump failure when I did and it didn’t completely catastrophically fail. Ford has not offered to pay for any of the repairs even though these poorly manufactured water pumps continue to go bad on thousands of vehicles.
