This was a very dangerous incident because the normally on the interstate vehicles travel at high speeds. I was fortunate that it was rush hour traffic so cars were moving slower than usual and the car behind me was not following closely on my bumper. Tesla indicated that the failure I experience is not normal and that it was just a matter of bad luck that my car stopped like this suddenly. According to them a controller stopped reading in the car so it just shut the car down, but they are not completely sure this was the main problem or if there is another system issue in the vehicle. As well they have not communicated what would cause the computer system to think a controller is missing. Tesla trespassed and delivered the vehicle to my property essentially experimenting with my safety and of others if they identified the issue.Read more

June 2023 the coolant started disappearing from the coolant tank. The vehicle was checked by a licensed mechanic and the coolant is leaking into the engine cylinders only. Nowhere else is it leaking. The steering wheel is shifting from side to side while driving and it will get stuck at times and make you over correct. It is a safety hazard because you have to pull the steering wheel the opposite way to get it unstuck. I have not taken it to the dealer yet. There were no warnings. Vehicle does not recognize when it is in park. When i place the vehicle in park and try to turn off the vehicle there is a warning on the dash that says "shift to park" even though the vehicle is already in park. I had this same issue 2 years ago and the dealership fixed the issue. This issue has come up again and this time I had to pay almost $500 for the fix. Dealer says this may occur again

This was not an overnight thing. The hoses were being exposed to maximum temperatures each time i drove the car. The hoses going from that extreme heat to cold over and over again which caused little air bubbles in the hoses. We had to be towed for the third time and luckily were able to glide to a semi-shoulder. Left stranded, hard to find a ride as the tow truck driver couldn’t give us a ride finally found someone to get us. A two year old car, mind you that this started at 15 month ownership of this Nissan Rogue, should NOT put peoples lives in danger!!! never a warning before these events. My husband could be filing a wrongful death suit and the kids the same when we were both in the car! Not a safe vehicle and the Rogue Facebook page shows many many owners with this same issue. We were not told prior to purchasing the car that only one Keyfob would be given or else we would not have purchased the car; there was a failure to disclose this. It has now been close to 3 months that we have driven with only one Keyfob. With children who can touch inside controls, they could lock themselves inside the van with the windows closed and the single Keyfob left inside the car. We do not have a second Keyfob to prevent possible deaths and injuries that could occur from the manufacturer's negligence and faulty car electrical system design. Toyota vans aimed at parents with children are unsafe for use when only one Keyfob is issued. It is the responsibility of the NHTSA to help protect the safety of these children and parents as Toyota cares more about making a short-term profit from getting the full cash from the sale of the van instead of delaying the sale of the van until both Keyfobs are available to purchasers at the time of sale of the vehicle. It is estimated that this is not an isolated incident as my multiple contacts with Elmore Toyota dealership and Toyota of America headquarters result being told that it is a "Toyota wide problem with several other purchasers waiting also." This should be a class action lawsuit with both compensatory damages awarded along with punitive damages to discourage Toyota and other Auto manufacturers from placing profits above the safety of children who cannot speak or defend themselves from such gross negligence.Read more

We were not told prior to purchasing the car that only one Keyfob would be given or else we would not have purchased the car; there was a failure to disclose this. It has now been close to 3 months that we have driven with only one Keyfob. With children who can touch inside controls, they could lock themselves inside the van with the windows closed and the single Keyfob left inside the car. We do not have a second Keyfob to prevent possible deaths and injuries that could occur from the manufacturer's negligence and faulty car electrical system design. Toyota vans aimed at parents with children are unsafe for use when only one Keyfob is issued. It is the responsibility of the NHTSA to help protect the safety of these children and parents as Toyota cares more about making a short-term profit from getting the full cash from the sale of the van instead of delaying the sale of the van until both Keyfobs are available to purchasers at the time of sale of the vehicle. It is estimated that this is not an isolated incident as my multiple contacts with Elmore Toyota dealership and Toyota of America headquarters result being told that it is a "Toyota wide problem with several other purchasers waiting also." This should be a class action lawsuit with both compensatory damages awarded along with punitive damages to discourage Toyota and other Auto manufacturers from placing profits above the safety of children who cannot speak or defend themselves from such gross negligence.Read more

The front suspension started making a lot of loud noises, the service center acknowledged that it's a control arm issue potentially however my VIN is not listed in a recall that was conducted for this manufacturer and they're doing more recalls on it but the manufacturer says that I have to pay for the repair despite it being a safety issue for the control arm not being tightened to the frame and
