I HAD A CERTIFIED WELD INSPECTOR COME LOOK AT THE BIKE AND HIS REPORT STATED " VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE SAID WELD REVEALS LACK OF FUSION WHICH MY HAVE CAUSED WELD FAILURE" SO I TOOK THE BIKE TO THE DEALER AND THEIR HEAD MECHANIC TOOK PICTURES AND SENT THEM TO SUZUKI AND A SUZUKI REPRESENTATIVE FLEW UP FROM CALIFORNIA AND MET WITH US AND SAW THE BIKE AND SAID THAT THE BREAK SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED ANT THAT A 100 MPH CRASH SHOULDN'T EVEN DO THIS, SO HE SUBMITTED A REPORT TO SUZUKI AND STATED THAT WE SHOULD HEAR FROM A MAN NAMED " BRENT ROSS IN 4-5 DAYS, O I WAITED AND GOT NOTHING SO I CALLED THEIR CONSUMER DEPARTMENT AND TRACKED HI DOWN AND WAS TOLD THAT BASICALLY THAT I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AND THAT SUZUKI HAS MANY ATTORNEYS. I HAVE AN ATTORNEY AND ARE LOOKING FOR A LAB THAT CAN PERFORM A RADIOLOGY OR X-RAY OR METALLURGICAL EXAM AND SAY WHETHER THE WELDS ARE FAULTY OR NOT. SUZUKI AUTOMOTIVE OF CERRITOS AND SANTA ANA HAVE FAILED TO TIMELY REPAIR AND/OR INSTALL DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PARTS ON MY 2005 FORENZA. DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PARTS INCLUDE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES, AIR BAG HARNESS/WIRING, AC KNOBS, STEREO BUTTONS ATTACHED TO STEERING WHEEL. FURTHER, SUZUKI HAS FAILED TO PROPERLY CORRESPOND WITH ME CONCERNING THESE ISSUES. MOST CONTACTS WERE INITIATED BY ME. *JB
