I HAVE A 2006 SUZUKI FORENZA. I BOUGHT IT NEW, OFF THE LOT IN YORK PA FROM A SUZUKI DEALER. ABOUT 3 MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHASE, THE CAR BEGAN BUCKING AND WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER, THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS, THE CAR HAS CONTINUED TO BUCK ON COLD MORNINGS AND AFTER SITTING FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS. THE CAR NOW HAS APPROXIMATELY 59,000 MILES ON IT. THEN, LAST WEEK

I WAS STANDING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SCOOTER WITH MY LEFT HAND ON THE LEFT HANDLEBAR HAND GRIP AND MY RIGHT HAND ON THE PASSENGER GRAB HANDLE. THE DEALER SUGGESTED THAT IF IT DOES HAPPEN AGAIN TO JUST KEEP PULLING AND PUSHING ON THE RECLINER SEAT AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY WORK. ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS IT DID THE SAME THING. IT HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE WE DON'T EVEN SIT BACK THERE FOR FEAR THAT THE PASSENGER WILL BECOME TRAP. SO, THIS IS A CONCERN TO ME BECAUSE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY THERE IS NO WAY THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO GET MY CHILD OR PASSENGER OUT OF THE 3RD ROW IN TIME.
