MY AIRBAG LIGHTS TURNED ON FOR MY DRIVER'S AIRBAG AND THE PASSENGER AIRBAG. WE WE HAD THE CAR SERVICED, THE SENSORS UNDER THE SEATS WERE DISENGAGED. NO RECALL. A FEW MONTHS LATER THE LIGHTS CAME ON AGAIN FOR BOTH SEATS. WE WERE IN AN ACCIDENT THAT MONTH AND THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.

THE DEALERSHIP SAID THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THEY COULD DO AND SAID I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE PARENT COMPANY. I OPENED A CASE WITH THE MANUFACTURER. I ASKED THEM TO TRY AND ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION AGAIN THROUGH THEIR DEALER NETWORK, OR BUY THE VEHICLE BACK. THE STATED THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING FURTHER, EVEN AFTER I ADVISED THEM I WOULD NOT RIDE THE BIKE AGAIN. IF THIS IS A KNOWN HANDLING ISSUE THAT EFFECTS THE SAFE OPERATION OF THIS PARTICULAR MODEL, THE COMPANY SHOULD BE OBLIGATED TO DISCLOSE THIS AT THE TIME OF SALE. ON 2/13/15, THE WEEK AFTER THE REPAIRS, THE PROBLEM REPEATED. I WAS IN DOWNTOWN DENVER TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MPH. THANKFULLY, I WAS ABLE TO MOVE OUT OF TRAFFIC WHILE AVOIDING PEDESTRIANS AND TURN THE CAR OFF. I RETURNED THE CAR TO MEDVED SUZUKI ON 2/16/15. IT HAS BEEN THERE SINCE. NEITHER THE DEALERSHIP NOR SUZUKI MOTOR OF AMERICAN CAN REPLICATE THE PROBLEM OR RECOMMEND A REPAIR. THEY WANT TO CLOSE THEIR WORK ORDER, HAVE ME PICK UP MY CAR AND RETURN A RENTAL VEHICLE THEY PROVIDED. I ASK YOUR ASSISTANCE TO REQUIRE SUZUKI TO REPLACE OR REPAIR MY CAR WHICH STILL CARRIES A DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY.
