I was consciously trying to stay a few car lengths behind vehicles ahead because I was nervous about what was going on and just wanted to keep away from other vehicles. I made it to an intersection where there was a red light with 2 cars ahead of me. I began braking and decelerated to around 5 MPH and within 30 feet of the vehicle in front of me when the vehicle lost power to the brake. I don’t recall if the steering also went out. I hit the bumper of the car in front of me, and her car was pushed into the car in front of her. Fortunately, I did not sustain any injuries. My airbags did not go off. My confidence in this equipment is seriously affected. How will I know this will not happen again? I could have died or taken the lives of other people. I requested that the company MobilityWorks not make any repairs to the vehicle until they explain the origin of the problem. Instead they replaced parts and stated they could not replicate the problem--it took them 6+ months to return the vehicle to me & the headlights do not even work. They refuse to inform me of what the malfunction was but cite neglected vehicle maintenance. I can document consistent vehicle maintenance. I refuse to drive this vehicle as it is clearly compromised. They aren't being transparent and should be required by law to notify disabled individuals including veterans of this risk. This seat offers the sensor safe chest clip to be alerted should your child unclip. Since turning our toddler forward facing we have used 3 times in our secondary vehicle. She has unclipped all 3 times. This should not be allowed on the market. You cannot always get your vehicle pulled over immediately if undone and should not have to check your phone for notifications while driving.

Customer Service gave me a battery for "free." I don't know if it was a used battery or a new one. This time I will pay for the battery to make sure it is new. No words of why this occurred to my car were stated. They just pushed the repair invoice towards me with the keys and said I was ready to go. This time when I called they told me they could only do the "drain" test again. I knew I had to investigate since they were not helping me find the source of the problem. This could be a major problem if one was locked in the car and the electrical failed. Worse yet if a fire occurred and one could not get out, death could occur. This issue originally started about a week ago, when the check engine a
... nd throttle system notification icons came on, followed immediately by the car going into what seemed to be limp mode. Car was towed to the jeep dealership, they said issue was the battery and that an oil change was needed. Had issues addressed took the car how two days later, same issue occurred again. While driving same two icons suddenly came on then car went immediately into limp mode and was not driveable. Took the car back to the jeep dealer, they took a few days to drive it and stated it was the fuel throttle body that needed to be replaced. Had the part replaced and the car drove as normal, no icons on dash after the repair, next morning same issue occurred again while driving, icons come on dash, immediately car goes into limp mode. Circling back to the biggest concern, is I’ve found large amounts of owners having the exact same if not oddly similar issues with varying years of the jeep patriots. Many are reporting my reason for this report in that suddenly after Jeep dealers require all these repairs they’re experiencing the engine completely shutting off WHILE DRIVING. This is incredibly dangerous and I’m concerned as to why there A. Isn’t a repair for this common issue in these models, and B. Why a recall hasn’t been submitted for the most dangerous scenario where many owners are having their cars engines shut down while driving, and some at high speeds. All tesla models have excessively bright headlamps, blinding oncoming traffic. There are many teslas where I live and commute. I had many instances where I could not see what was in front of me on a two lane road due to a tesla coming in the opposite direction at night. My engine randomly and failed one evening that we were driving. It made an Odd sound as we were driving 35 mph down a hill and it just shut off completely. When pressing brake during operation, a noise comes from underneath vehicle. The warning lights goes off but come back on while driving and stays on. Kia dealer stated it was the ABS module going bad. Kia dealer recently replaced engine block due to manufacturer defect and completed two recalls. Dealer advised this was a new problem.

Since I’ve had my car both batteries continue to fail (I’ve had them both replaced multiple times now). Also my display screen glitched for quite some time and now does not work at all, causing me to be unable to use my back up camera as well as my radio.
