Transmission Control Module failed and i had that replaced. Now the clutch pack failed and had that replaced. Now it says transmission hot and to pull over. All of this has been recalled on 2012 to 2016 but for some reason my car is not and its the same powershift transmission. Im over 4000 dollars into these repairs and still having problems.

This was reported to Ford on greater than 10 occasions since I took possession in Jan of 2022, first in March of 20222, and impacts all 4 windows. The dealer can resolve the issue by reinitializing through the computer they can plug into the vehicle and have installed some software updates as well as replaced some of the modules but the issue resurfaces a few days later. Sometimes I am able to resolve using the full reinitialization sequence that they shared with me when I had it there in April of this year but sometimes that fails. Prior to that it would eventually resolve following just a holding up and down of the button for approx. 5 secs at top or bottom. Tires had been maintaining tire pressure well before the incident. Nuna offered me a “remedy kit” with a screwdriver, a brush, and a mismatched fabric cover, but I am not a safety technician and do not have the time or expertise to take the seat apart myself and still trust it to secure my child. The problem with the harness straps we have is intermittent, and does not replicate when the car is parked and I simply “tug” on the straps. I do not feel that this is an adequate safety test anyway, as it doesn’t replicate the forces or conditions in an accident. I requested a replacement seat, but Nuna denied my request on 7/21 and again on 7/28. Nuna has not supplied crash test results on layperson “repaired” car seats. This defect is the subject of NHTSA actions DP24003 and PE24026. Other RAVA owners have complained that their repaired RAVA still malfunctioned even after using Nuna's "remedy kit." They also then claimed they will not cover any repairs. I have written to their legal department to formally request the video footage and any other data they have regarding the crash. Despite follow-up, Tesla has not responded or released any data. I am reporting this as a possible safety defect and mishandling of evidence. The vehicle was inspected by Honda of Sumner and Greg’s Japanese Auto. No inspection has been done by police or insurance representatives. Warning Lamps or Symptoms Before Failure: Yes. After a recent service (which included an AC repair, fuel pump recall, and oil change), I experienced two misfires in cylinder 4 within 24 hours. All dashboard warning lights came on during one of the incidents. These symptoms began four days after the service. Additional Context: I was quoted $8,100 for the head gasket repair by Honda. I believe this issue could have been detected earlier during the diagnostic service. Replacement of the ECM or Engine Control Module. Burns a quart of oil at the price of $11.00 per quart every 3,000 miles, that’s an engine problem. Right front axle broke and had to be replaced. After replacement of the right front axle, the right front axle seal, which is the axle replaced started to leak and I was charged to replace the axle seal due to a mechanics incompetence. I received a card from Subaru stating a windshield issue. Received another card regarding a fuel pump issue. A letter received this past week from an apparent CVT or continuously variable transmission issue. Now my radio stations jump around arbitrarily changing stations, tracks on my CD, and my hatch doesn’t open, but gets stuck shortly upon opening. This car is a lemon, a piece of junk and very unsafe. How many more problems are unknown to us and when will any of them occur while we are driving putting our lives in danger. If Subaru had any ethics character integrity or business morality they would have replaced this piece of junk. Brakes and Rotors – The brakes are nearly nonfunctional, and the rotors are warped and damaged, severely reducing stopping power and increasing the risk of a crash. 5. License Plate Mount – The vehicle has no designated place to mount a rear tag/license plate, which makes it illegal to drive and difficult to comply with state requirements. 6. Missing Headlight – One headlight is entirely missing, significantly reducing visibility at night and making the vehicle a danger to myself and others Fuel System – The fuel system is contaminated and requires flushing.
