They want a blank check to replace parts till they find the problem. Unexceptable to even ask. Service writer has been very disrespectful and hung up on national shop and myself. When asked questions regarding work done service writer would just talk over us and speak to us disrespectful and then hung up. We have requested service manager at Hampton firstteam Chevrolet contact us and we were told she would tell him later. I have contacted Aston Lewis Jr owner of all firstteam dealerships here in Va requesting help three times and still no response. While driving at highway speeds the vehicle wonders to either side and when trying to adjust the steering wheel sticks to that position making it hard to keep the car stray in the line. The Service Manager at Jaguar North Scottsdale admitted that the, "coolant system was poorly designed at best".Jaguar Forums on the internet are filled with numerous complaints about this issue; this could obviously be rectified through a recall, as evidenced by the fact that JLR Service Departments have available for installation, the redesigned parts. When driving vehicle it randomly goes into Limp mode and gives an “electronic throttle module error”. This in turns decreases the power of the vehicle significantly and causes you to move over lanes as to not cause traffic. This issue is common for a lot of Alfa Romeo Guilia owners.
