TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SCION XA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH IN SNOWY CONDITIONS ON DECEMBER 20, 2009, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY SLID OFF THE ROAD AND CRASHED INTO A DITCH. I HAD DRIVEN INTO A LEFT TURN LANE TO PERFORM A LEFT TURN AND HAD WAITED FOR THE LIGHT TO TURN GREEN.
