There was a small leak between the tire and rim when they submerged the tire in the water and it took me the customer to find the problem. I thought they had fixed the issue. January 2025 came around had issues again then I took it back in they found a nail in it. They put a patch on it. I had to take it back 8 more times after that. Leading up to [XXX] my low tire pressure light came on again pulled in they put air in my tires. Last month in August I had to take it back in for the low tire pressure light which was a Saturday made the appt for Monday and they had to replace my tire due to they could not fix it. It had a small hole next to the patch and had another screw it. When I got home I had taken pictures of all my tires and noticed they had splits in all the grooves all the way around the tire and the middle of the tread of tires. The were manufactured defect tires and I had to take my car back to America Tire Company to have them all replaced. They told me that if the tires are not safe we do not let you leave the store. They let me leave the store on the tires that look like that. I travel from CA to AZ and I did not feel safe. No lawyer will take the case if you have not been injured or in an accident. This part doesn’t have any maintenance needed per manufacture documentation within the miles I have on vehicle. This is very scary and has almost caused more accidents than preventing them in my experience. Tesla had not addressed or fixed this issue even with their constant software updates. It would not stop, even as I tried to brake, until it ran through a privacy fence knocking down 3 cemented metal posts and bent another one. It also ran over a metal bird cage, metal table, Talavara bird bath, and uprooted an 8+' shrub before coming to a stop inches away from our HVAC unit and the house. Purchased a 2025 RAM 1500 TUNGSTEN on [XXX]. Within a week of purchase, the blind spot monitors, forward collision monitors, and the emergency braking all quick working. The first attempt to fix was replacing wiring. This stopped it for a week before they were back on. Goes back into shop and replace and fully charge batteries and again it lasted about a week. Two more trips to shop (3rd and
... 4th visits) for same issues with more "quick fixes". Fifth attempt to fix took a couple weeks and had a module replaced. which lasted for about 3 weeks. After a trip to Florida in April it had to go in to shop again for the same issues. This time is spent 7 weeks in the shop, replaced multiple modules and other trial and error pieces before it was "fixed" again. Got vehicle back in June and it ran good until last week(end of August). Now every light on my dash is on. None of the safety features are working(airbags, emergency braking, front/rear monitors, traction control, 4x4 system, air ride suspension, etc...). Even the power steering has gone out this time. So now it is back in the shop for the 8th total time in 9 months of ownership. This will be the 4th or 5th star case thats been opened on it and I have completely lost faith in the vehicles ability to be fixed and even more so lost on the ability for RAM(Stellantis and Customer Care) to be able to fix it at all. I switched my car from Reverse into Park to stop its movement, but it was too late to avoid the collision. I had a passenger in my car who corroborates this description. Fortunately there were no pedestrians behind my car, so the only damage was to the vehicles. My vehicle has not been inspected by anyone since the accident, but will be soon. I have owned this car since April 2021 and previously had a few similar situations when moving in the forward direction. Previously, the brake problem occurred while moving forward at very low speed pulling into parking places. The brake failed to activate, and I had to throw the car into Park to stop it, but this was the first time I had experienced this problem traveling in reverse. When this situation occurs, I am pressing on the brake pedal, but the car is not stopping and the brake pedal seems to go to the floor. On March 5, 2025 I took the car to a Lexus dealer and reported the brake failure problems. They inspected, road tested, and checked for codes, but could not identify the problem. I believe that the collision back up system should have prevented this accident, but it did not function. I suspect that there may be some kind of computer issue that prevents the brake from actuating. The car will be going in for repair soon, and I have requested that a complete diagnostic review be performed of this brake problem.Read more

Orange wrench light came on. Hooked it to a computer and it stated p093a:00 . I know some escapes had recalls in regards to this but the built date ended 7.2020. According my my car it was built 09/20. I think the recall should be extended to more than just built date they listed.

I have had more than one failure, but this is the worst. The problem occurs, I believe, when RAM does an update to their uconnect system, something they do often and without warning. Strange and unexpected things happen when they do. In this instance, I had just started on a trip and was on the highway going about 65 mph. ... in the way or you approach a slower car. Suddenly, the cruise control shut off and warning lights came on that the front collision system had failed, the anti-lock brakes had failed and more. Also the check engine light came on. I am not sure what all but it lit up the dash. I thought something terrible was happening and pulled over. Everything started working again after about a minute. None of these warnings were real. I checked somewhere, don't recall, and found it was at the same time an update occurred. There are false warnings and issues nearly every time an update happens while I'm driving. I only drive my vehicle about once a week, so something happens nearly every time I drive. This seems to me to be a serious safety issue. Were my anti-lock brakes really unavailable? People might panic or might just start ignoring real warnings. I have read in forums of other people complaining about this as well.Read more
