Five days after getting back our car from the Honda dealership where they “fixed” the two recalls all warning lights came on and not turn off. Steering, breaking, accelerating all are difficult. There were no issues prior to the dealership “fixing” the recalls. The car was just at our mechanic for brakes and they check our engine, fluids etc every time. There were no prior issues.

My tire somehow got a nail in it. I drove straight to Volvo when noticing the issue around 730am on 3/13/26. At 745am I spoke with [XXX] at Schumacher Volvo, he advised that they were too busy today to assist me. I advised I was afraid to drive with this and needed help and he told me to buy a tire lock kit and I could do it at another tire store. When I went to the parts department they advised
... the brake lock would not work and the only way to fix my tire would be to have Volvo remove the special lock nuts or replace them with common ones. Of course x they had no time to do this so they left me with zero options or ability to fix my car. I was forced to drive 30+ minutes home with zero solution. Completely unsafe and unfair I have absolutely no way to resolve this issue with my car. Unacceptable and scary considering Volvo claims they are all about safety but no concerns letting a single mother and her 2 children drive in a tire with a nail. My brand new truck started shaking while accelerating past 65mph. The shaking was not dampened by the suspension at all. (I.e. it kept the same or increased strength). The shaking could cause damage, excessive loosening or wear of critical components and lead to a serious accident at these speeds. It is similar to the "death wobble", but not as violent. It occurred multiple times. The shaking
... occurred without going over large bumps. I took it to a dealership and they did a load balance and alignment without resolving the problem. They noted a wheel was warped and moved it from the front to the back. This did not solve the problem. It seemed to prevent the shaking if I just tap the gas and wait a few seconds instead of holding it. The transition in and out of eco mode (4 to 8 cylinders) should be looked into.Read more

NHTSA Recall 25V-274 (April 2025) covered 597,630 vehicles from model years 2021–2024 for catastrophic L87 engine seizure caused by connecting rod bearing failure and crankshaft defects. GM excluded 2025 and 2026 model year vehicles based on a claimed manufacturing fix. However, multiple 2026 production vehicles have since experienced the same bearing failure at extremely low mileage. Open NHTSA Investigation EA25007 is already examining vehicles outside the original recall window, and Recall Query RQ26001 is investigating the adequacy of GM’s remedy. The sensor was cleaned and greased and reinstalled, codes cleared and I thought my vehicle was repaired. In February 2026 with only 19,125 miles, as I was leaving for work, again my vehicle lost power steering assist. Again, Power steering light, traction control light, check engine light, sensor lights, auto stop light all illuminated, my odometer was again flashing and the message on the screen was " Service Electronic Stability Control." The vehicle was again towed into the dealership where they told me that they performed a power steering "flash" and that my check engine light was because of an engine oil pressure issue, they performed an oil change and cleared the computer. This is a serious safety concern that has resulted in towing the vehicle twice, and I received two different diagnosis. Fog light blew, shorted out blew the fuse, this caused every safety system in the car to turn off. By default these are open so why does loosing 1-2MPG, or longer time to warm up a

Had lane assist on , adaptive cruise, etc. Check engine went on and car start to rapidly decelerate, and again all safety features where turned off for something that is not fixed would potential cause reduce MPG, damage the catalytic converter, cause black smoke. None of this should require all safety features to be turned off. This is going to kill someone. I know your not suppose to have your hands off the wheel when using lane assist but people do it. I was in bumper to bumper traffic on 40 going 65 MPH. Not only would I have been at risk but everyone around me. I am submitting this complaint regarding a safety concern with my Lexus IS 250. The dashboard in my vehicle is melting and has become extremely sticky, shiny, and reflective. As the material deteriorates, it creates significant glare on the windshield when sunlight hits the dashboard. This glare interferes with my visibility while driving and creates a potentially dangerous situation for myself, m

The deteriorating dashboard material directly affects safe vehicle operation by impairing the driver’s ability to clearly see through the windshield, especially during daylight conditions when sunlight reflects off the dashboard surface. In addition, the dashboard material appears to be chemically breaking down. The surface remains sticky and continues to degrade over time, raising concerns about possible chemical exposure inside the vehicle cabin for my family I contacted my local dealership and also reached out to **Lexus corporate customer service. I was informed that Lexus previously had a Customer Support Program addressing melting dashboards, but the program expired in September 2021. I was told notification letters were sent in March 2019, but I never received one. Had I received the notice, I would have addressed the issue because it directly affects driving safety. They said there was nothing else they can do. Given the ongoing safety risk, I respectfully request that the **National Highway Traffic Safety Administration review this defect and determine whether further investigation or action is warranted. See attached document for complaint. On January 6th, I wrote to you expressing my concerns about Ford’s failure to address a known safety recall (Safety Recall Notice #25S82/NHTSA Recall 25V512) for my 2023 Ford F-150. To date, I have received no response to my initial inquiry which prompts me to send this second letter. In fact, I am writing this letter as I sit in my local Ford dealership for
... routine maintenance service. At check-in today, I again requested that they determine if my vehicle was in need of the repair specified in the safety recall. Again, I was told “sorry, but Ford is not sending us the necessary parts, so there is nothing we can do at this point”. They said that I should periodically check back with them. I reminded them that I was put on a waiting list for these parts. I have included a copy of my original letter to Ford, so I will not repeat all my concerns. I believe it is important to fully document the facts and my repeated attempts to resolve this matter so that there will be a clear trail of evidence should this unaddressed and known safety recall ever create subsequent safety issues for me or my family. How a company with the size and reputation of Ford can issue a safety recall and then not provide the means to correct a known safety problem is unfathomable. The safety recall notice clearly states that the vehicle “...may roll in park without the parking brake applied, or, alternatively, lose motive power, both of which can increase the risk of a crash”. It then goes on to state that “parts are now available to repair your vehicle”. Frankly, I do not know if parts are in fact available, but my dealership has made it clear that they are not getting these parts. It has now been three months since I first attempted to remedy this matter. For Ford to effectively ignore this known safety issue seems to me to create a serious potential for liability. However, I will leave that to legal counsel should this ever result in injury or accident to my family. Also, I called the Ford Recall AssRead more

I have owned my 2025 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T for approximately 9 months. I have encountered a number of warranty issues that are slowly being resolved. I write to you out of concern for a leaking pinion seal (at ~14,000 miles) that may lead to driveshaft and/or differential failure events including rear wheel lockup. This has been reported for the 2024 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T and a safety
... recall has been issued: Jayco Inc 24V-158 / Ford 24V-102 I have not been able to find any safety recalls to the 2025 model year, however I have been unable to determine any substantive differences between my 2025 unit and the 2024 units. Thus I suspect that the same issue for which the recall was issued on the 2024 model, also affects the 2025 model year. Ford tells me that driveline modifications occur after the vehicle leaves the Ford Factory. Jayco tells me that there are no driveline modifications that occur once the unit reaches the Jayco factory. So nobody seems to want to take responsibility for it. But my unit is marketed as a 'adventure capable" 4 season camper, which would be fine, but that means driving on snowy/icy mountain roads and potential exposes me to a rear wheel lockup event that could prove to be fatal in winter time conditions. I urge you to extend the recall noted above to the 2025 Model year.Read more

Vehicle began shifting really hard and the rpm meter started going way up and down really fast. The check engine light also came on. It caused difficulties with control of the vehicle. Vehicle was parked and taken to a mechanic so said the issue was the torque converter and that it needs a new transmission.

I was commuting home, about 30 minutes into the drive, all of the dashboard and radio went blank for a few seconds. It came back on and the break light, anit-collision, lane departure, lights were all flashing. It did this 2 more times in the over the next 5 minutes. I was concerned for my safety because I wasn't sure if my breaks and all the other things were working propoerly. I didn't know
... how fast I was going or if my car was going to stall on the highway. I see that a recall was issued by honda yesertday, not for my car model, but a similar issue (a software bug can cause the instrument panel and rear-view camera to go blank). It has not yet been inspected by a repair person. There wre not any warning lights prior to this happening.Read more

The oil pressure light is coming on . Even after doing oil change at dealership it’s not going away. Confirmed that the issue was with the oil pressure switch at dealership, which is a common problem for 3.3L V6 engines . Similar issue was observed in other older models with similar engine and the warranty was extended to cover this issue (WTY026).

Related to previous recall [XXX] I had the recall repair done. But my car with only 86,744 miles now has coolant in cylinder 3 and it's misfiring so badly the car shouldn't/can't be driven. Dealership says the entire engine needs to be replaced. I have NEVER had a car this low of mileage that an entire engine needed replacement. This is a design flaw in the 2.0 ecoboost and I now have a probably
