My power steering started to get "sticky points" and then today I lost all power steering. After a Google search I checked the fuses and both were fine. But it seems to be a issue with this generation of trucks. And I saw that they're looking into the problem and may issue a recall in the future

Tesla officially confirmed as I brought my car in a THIRD time that the repeated turn signal failure I was/am experiencing is now a known software issue. They looked at the timestamps and video I shared and saw that I had indeed applied pressure to the turn signal buttons to no avail/effect. ... nly time they identified the issue in the logs, which leads me to believe they never even looked at the logs the previous two times I had brought the car in and they failed to ID the issue or a fix. They have been unable to reproduce in person, as the issue occurs at random while the vehicle is in motion. I brought it in a third time after multiple instances in one day of the turn signal not working and putting me in highly precarious situations on the highway. There is still NO FIX currently and the technicians even acknowledged/admitted it is a serious safety issue, yet they are returning the car to me unfixed. Ford cleared the code and sent me on my way. The same exact incident occurred 2 more times and is now having a $1200 repair to the transmission on a part called the "molded lead frame" It appears this same issue is prevalent in the same transmission (6R80) on older models 09-13 and there was a recall issued. my hopes is to bring awareness to NHSTA in order to further the recall for all ford's to have their lead frames replaced before a more significant issue arises when someone is driving on the freeway.Read more

He later said that they could not duplicate the malfunction in the Snow Mode and to bring the car in if it happened again. They left the automatic emergency brake program engager which results in the vehicle lurching forward or backward when shifted into gear and results in collisions with other vehicles as the collision detection system is not working.

My vehicle is 4 years old. 3 weeks after the expiration of my original warranty, the front suspension now squeaks loudly when driving at low speeds. This issue matches the known manufacturing defect described in Tesla’s 2021 service bulletin, “Reseal Front Upper Control Arm Ball Joints.” We never received this bulletin from Tesla, and we were never given the option of resealing the joints. ... s a consequence, the ball joints have now failed and both upper control arms must be replaced, at a cost to me of $330. I asked if Tesla can waive these repair costs due to the bulletin and widespread manufacturing defect, but Tesla declined, stating: “Your vehicle is not listed as an affected VIN for this bulletin. In order for a repair bulletin to be covered under the vehicle warranty the condition has to be reported within the warranty period. Once no longer under warranty, it is not covered.” Even though my VIN was not included, clearly it should have been since the ball joints have failed. Also, if this is a known car defect, why should it matter when the problem starts to appear in order for Tesla to take full responsibility and fix it? They are shifting costs to consumers for their own, known, widespread manufacturing defects. Additionally, if I had been informed about the bulletin in 2021, resealing the joints at that time would have been easier & far cheaper than replacing both arms now. It’s my understanding that Senators Markey (MA) and Blumenthal (CT) expressed concern that this defect could be a safety risk, and urged Tesla to issue a voluntary recall, which Tesla declined. I hope NHTSA will consider investigating this manufacturing defect further. Thank you very much for your time. Vehicle is available for inspection.
