On [XXX] approximately [XXX], I was in the drive-up line for Starbucks. The drive-up line was very slow so we waited for about 1/2 hour and I ended turning off my engine. No one was seriously hurt, but police were called and ambulance arrived and found no injury - so there wasn't a police report. I was completely shocked that this happened so fast and I wasn't able to stop my car. So, when I hit the people in front of me. Their car was a Ford Mini-van older model. I dented their bumper, but see attached photos of damage to my car. I went on a VD owner website to see if other volkswagen owners had any acceleration problems and I was surprised to find so many people affected by acceleration issues. I decided to call Volkswagen headquarters and a case was opened. Volkswagen set up a data review with a Volkswagen technician. I dropped off the car at the dealership in Ventura. I was not provided with a report from the Data retrieval. I just received a letter from the case manager, Sarah that they did not find anything unusual. After reviewing the letter, they had the wrong date of my accident. The accident occurred on [XXX], and Sarah said the accident was on April 8, 2024. Of course, they did not find anything??? I will enclose their letter and when I asked about the report or speaking with the technician, I was told that they do not give copies, nor provide information. The audio system does not shut of once the vehicle has been turned off creating a problem for the battery which I have to manually disconnect or it will continue to power my touchscreen system even after I leave the vehicle. The lane assist, blind spot indicator, and any beeping warning sounds do not work because of the failing TSB. I cannot change my cars settings or hear any warnings from the car's sensors. I believe this is a major manufacturing flaw and Hyundai will not fix it even though those warning sounds are part of the safety features of the vehicle and are a major player in driver safety. The radio controls do not work - volume included. I cannot adjust any noises in the car and beeping warnings are no longer sounding. We went ahead and replaced the battery anyways, issue was not immediately resolved but after running the truck for an hour and then going for a test drive power steering returned a mile down the road. That was around May 11th. Issue hadn’t returned until today, June 22nd where it’s went on and off a handful of time before totally loosing power steering for over 5 hours now. 2015 model years had an issue the power steering rack wiring, dealer said they assume it could be same issue. Connections to the steering rack where check and corrosion was found but they won’t fix because it’s not a recall even though it’s the same corrosion issue the 2015 models had.Read more

I was in the middle lane and fortunately there’s no cars on my sides at that particular moment. With that speed and that short period, I couldn’t avoid to bump on others if there’s any nearby. I was lucky that it didn’t happen a little earlier on a bridge or a little late when I would be driving on a multiple-lane beltway with construction site in the median. Tesla roadside assistance came to put a new tire for me and cost me $600. I truly believe it is design issue. I’ve been driving more than 20 years and this was my first time with tire blowout. Not to mention it’s just five months new. I’m pretty sure there’s no any warning before it happened. While I was waiting for the assistance on the shoulder, there’s a small message on the screen saying the tire pressure is very low and pull over safely. I’m not sure when this message showed up. But at least I’m sure it didn’t show up 5 minutes ago before I drove on freeway as I couldn’t pay attention on the screen while driving on freeway with high speed. Tesla should give warnings vocally and visually before this dangerous situation happens. I tried to report this issue to Tesla but couldn’t find any email address to report. It seems this is a known issue relating to a simple spring in the gear shifter that causes the computer to not recognize that the vehicle is in park. ... wners complaining of the same issue. We called RAM and they said there is no recall for the issue and there was nothing they would do. If this part fails, causing the retractor to lock and continue to "rachet" down on the passenger is could cause serious harm to people. My mother was hurt and we had to force the emergency release at the base of the seatbelt to get her out. If a person is alone in the vehicle when this part fails there is no way they could escape and it could cause a fatality.Read more

All Wheel Drive module is malfunctioning. AWD needs serviced light came on. Upon further research it appears that AWF modules that were manufactured at the facility where mine was manufactured, were recalled for dates within 2 days of mine being manufactured. Based on internet searches, it seems this has been a frequent issue and Ford will not replace/recall this module within the other recall. My

I was driving on a road, then the car just died out of know where after driving for about a hour. I got the car to the side of the road to be somewhat more safe. I started the car back up then started hearing a knocking. then had it towed to the dealer. they said they cant do anything.
