The tech discovered severe bead separation in 3 of 4 tires. I had to buy 4 new tires. I have pictures of the tires with bead separation on the wheel rims and also off the rims.

The gas gauge did not work properly, it went from a full tank to a quarter of a tank immediately. I went to leave the gas station and the bike accelerated into traffic without me pressing it and then stalled again. I started and immediately returned it to the dealership. Wayne the owner got into the bike with me and drove it around the block. The bike accelerated on him as well and then stalled as well. We returned the dealership. The dealership provided a loner for the weekend. When I returned the loaner and inquired about my bike. I recorded the conversation as he stated he stated he had no idea what was wrong with the bike and he has never seen it do that before. On May 23, I sent mulitple leaders to the HOK and also Vanderhall certified inquiry on a resolution. I spoke with someone from the corporate office in July and she said she would contact the dealership. I had an attorney reach out to them for a resolution and then he was not able to handle the case. August I was told my bike was ready for pick up and it was fixed. I took an exit form the highway on [XXX] towards Bothell. As Soon as I did and ended up coasting towards the first red light, all the warning signs came on on the car and my steering wheel locked up. ... s reduced will require more power. however it was locked. I tried with all my might to steer the car in any direction but it would not budge. I was super scared I was going to be in an accident. With the limited braking as well I had to find a curb in the road to be able to safely park the car or a slope where the car could slow to a halt. Luckily I was able to do that and slowed down. on a curb like area and then I was able to turn on the parking brake. On contacting support they told me to reset the car and in doing so it should bring back functions. However, it did not. This was extremely dangerous and I was very lucky to get out of this alive without harming anyone else as well. Had this happened on the highway I was a sure goner.
