All 2019 Jaguar I-Pace's were subject to numerous recalls due to battery issues for fire risk. The latest recall limited range and battery to 80% and its stated that ALL 2019 would be bought back. It has been months and Jaguar has yet to offer any recourse. I have called and emailed and keep getting told a specialised team would be contacting me in 2 weeks. ... e large gates are closed and the red lights are on to indicate that the Express lanes are closed in the direction of traffic. To counteract this, it is necessary to quickly take control of the steering wheel and to get it to cancel Auto Pilot, otherwise the car would go into the gates and cause an accident. This has happened to me several times when I was traveling in the left most lane and when the gates were closed. This happened in November, December and in January. The system has not learned to handle this situation and to avoid steering into the barriers. I reported these incidents to Tesla’s Support Team by phone and after several weeks I received a phone call whereby the local service center (Rockville, MD) called me. Josh, the person that called me read a lengthy text to me that essentially reviewed the driver’s responsibilities when using Auto Pilot. I asked if there was any indication that they will work on fixing this issue and I was told that the explanation I got (which was no explanation at all, just a reminder of driver responsibilities) was the entire response. On 01/25/2025 I discovered on my vehicle that my windshield weatherstripping and cowl was coming loose from the windshield. I contacted Ford Motor company of the issue after speaking with a glass repair company. I called Ford because my vehicle may have a manufacturing defect on the cowl (bottom seal of the windshield, as well as the side and top weather stripping used to seal the windshield in pl

They informed me there were no recalls at the time however to fix the issue the entire windshield will have to be removed from the car in order to replace the cowl seal, weather stripping and seal coming off. If I am not to get this repaired this could cause leaking in my vehicle from rain or worse the eventual separation of the windshield unexpectedly which could be a safety issue. Please see the attached photos below as well as others online who have posted this issue, had it fixed, and it kept occurring. I believe it is a manufacturer defect either with the weatherstripping, sealing procedure or the overall windshield itself. I am filing this complaint due to a GREAT safety concern with my vehicle. I am a law enforcement officer as well as a firefighter. I was notified that there was a safety recall on my vehicle. ... recall, I notified several Ram Service locations in my area as well as the surrounding areas of where I reside. Each and every one of the service personnel or advisors I spoke with told me “there is not a remedy for the recall as of yet due to parts not being available.” When asked what I needed to do at that point, I was told to continue to drive my vehicle. Each dealership I spoke with stated they did not offer loaner vehicles, and did not know when parts would be available to fix said recall. That brings me to my complaint. On the morning of January 21, 2025 at approximately 05:47, I was driving my daughter to school then I was going to go to work there after. When I left my residence, I approached a stop sign to make a right turn. When I made the right turn, my front driver’s side wheel, locked up and pulled the vehicle hard to the left causing me to nearly strike a sheriff patrol officer and crash into a nearby residence. My daughter and I are severely shaken by this incident, and it could have been tremendously worse than it was. The Ram service departments should not be encouraging anyone to continue driving the vehicle models with this recall. It nearly killed my daughter and I. We have never experienced anything like this. This vehicle is not, and it has not been safe for operations for my family. Due to this incident I no longer have a drivable vehicle, and I still have to make the payments on said vehicle. I have looked into this problem and have found out there are two class action lawsuits in different states due to this problem. This is not a new issue.Read more

The driver reported loud sounds coming from the engine bay and an exhaust smell inside the cab. He mentioned that he passed out due to the fumes entering the cab during a warm up of the truck. An inspection revealed several issues with the exhaust manifold, including cracked manifolds and broken bolts. The cost of repairs was too high for the owner, as it would exceed $2,000.

... th this condition. The safety of others was at risk due to the strobing effect of the flickering lights and not being able to drive the vehicle during conditions where headlights are necessary. The flickering/strobing condition of the headlamp was highly distractive and puts other drivers are risk. In addition, due to the natural height of the vehicle the cast of the beam is closer to the rear view mirror height of the majority of vehicles. The problem was confirmed by a local GMC dealership and was identified as a faulty headlamp assembly. The vehicle was not inspected by any other party besides the dealer who performed the diagnosis and repair. There were no symptoms of warning messages prior to the failure.Read more

The US govt NEEDS to be investigating Honda for consumer fraud related to this vehicle as I’ve now learned that I’m not alone and there are now numerous online forums describing the same situation I’m in presently. It’s immoral to sell a $60,000 car with a known fault and not disclose these faults prior to purchase. The service manager said he believed something had blocked the front bumper sensor and that it should be fine now. We have already performed both software updated recalls and since then, it has happened to us twice more. The battery was at around 80%, had just been driven by my wife for around 30 min with no issues, was turned off in the driveway for about 15 min and then we left again. The vehicle sometimes cannot go to the next gear, say from 7 to 8, and will be in some version of neutral during this time before finally connecting. Electronic issue plague this particular vehicle. All of these items have been noted in the existing recall. I am requesting an expansion of the recall to include all 2017 Ford F150's with 10 speed transmission. Ford dealer has indicated I need to replace the transmission for close to $10K. And they noted they see this problem constants - showing me a stack of folios in their repair facility for the same reason. The scariest episode, where the truck stalled, was where I was turning left off a major highway and the vehicle stalled across 2 lanes of traffic and would not start. I know that this is an ongoing issue west. D type of engine that I have, and it happens to these truck years 2019-2022. If you call FCA Canada, they will say they're not aware. However, I've been dealing with this problem since I purchased the truck. The first stall happened two weeks after I bought it. There is also a section on the Dodge forum. Going down beltway at 80mph on November 18 2024 the vehicle lost engine power. I had to drift vehicle across 3 lanes to shoulder and called tow truck to take to dealership. This presents a significant safety concern for me and others on the road. Two: I dont know my horn isnt working until I go to use it because I need to in a dangerous situation and its dead. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended. The contact noticed a thumping sound coming from underneath the vehicle on the front driver's side. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with a faulty suspension.
