MY 2008 PONTIAC G6 CONVERTIBLE IS LEAKING FUEL FROM THE TOP OF THE FUEL TANK. I HAD THE CAR LIFTED UP ON LIFTS AT THE DEALERSHIP I WORK AT AND SAW THAT THERE WAS FUEL ALL AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE FUEL TANK. THE DESIGN OF THIS EXPANDER LOOKS POSSIBLY FAULTY; LITTLE MORE THAN FRICTION APPARENTLY HOLDS IT IN POSITION WITH THE ENDS OF THE BRAKE SHOE.
