AFTER A RAIN STORM WIPERS DID NOT GO TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION WHEN WIPERS WERE IN "OFF" POSITION, THEY STAYED IN AN UPRIGHT POSITION. I HAD A REPLACEMENT WIPER MOTOR INSTALLED AND WHEN USING THE DELAY SPEED IT STOPS IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION FOR A MINUTE AND REPEATS THAT DURING THE WIPING CYCLE.
