I bought this vehicle at Enterprise car sales back in [XXX] and it's been having issues for a while now recall after recall I bought this vehicle at 7745 Indiana avenue Riverside California 92504 I actually bought this vehicle without realizing that this car had a recall prior to buying it off the lot therefore in California law this company should have not sold the vehicle with a recall as Hyunda
... i has warned me about this as he advised they cannot sell a vehicle with a recall on it. When I had to Google search my recall as I have not received a letter Enterprise car sales gained the letter for the recall prior to my buy and did not mention anything as this recall was sent out on the letter way prior to buying ever since buying this vehicle I have had numerous recalls as to now there is a GDI issue with the engines as I have made many complaints through the financing company Santander consumer USA, Hyundai, Enterprise car sales, and it seems like no one has listened to me on the lemon I have gained as I'm sure it sounds just like a complaining customer. I pay a very high interest rate and very high monthly payments 523 a month is expensive let alone expensive to pay for a vehicle that I constantly have to put in maintenance and now my engine is gone my VIN number somehow is not on regards to the recall but yet my VIN number has been on every recall Hyundai has ever given out when it comes to my vehicle as the GDI 3.3 l should be really considered on regards to a recall as well as the 2.4. I'm not very happy as I would like to have a voice on to what is fair I am sick of this vehicle having issues after issues as I do take care of my vehicles with good maintenance routine all I can ask for is to have someone here my voice and to take action either from Enterprise car sales to Hyundai which I believe Enterprise car sales is more reliable at this point than Hyundai since Hyundai let me be aware of the California law they cannot sell a vehicle with recall. NHTSA I own a 2021 Nissan Titan. I am deeply concerned that I have defective Air Bags. I have had 2 collisions in my vehicle at high rates of speed and none deployed either time. I now fear that this vehicle will not protect me in the unfortunate case of another collision. I do understand they will not deploy under every condition, but I do expect additional protection outside of a seatbelt i
... n a collision at a high rate of speed. In the first Collision, I was going 45 MPH. I had injuries to my neck and back. I had extensive work done to the suspension, drivers door, headlight, fender, bumper, grill, and the hood. In my second collision, a deer ran into my truck while I was traveling at 70 MPH. The head of the deer damaged the headlight and wiring harness, the bumper, grill, and hood and its body heavily damaged my passenger front door and fender. My passenger rear door also had some damage. No injuries occurred but the impacts should have caused a deployment. I am aware that there was a Recall on 2021 & 2024 Titans about the air bags having a delayed or failed deployment however I received no letter from this, neither is this in any of my printed service records. I would like Nissan to inspect my air bag system to see if there’s a defect that is causing them not to deploy or to make sure that my Titan was not missed in the group of trucks that had this defect, that way the recall can be extended to more 2021 Titans. I am in fear to drive this truck due to the fact that it may not protect me in the case of another accident. I am ready to purchase another Titan and have been loyal to the Nissan brand after owning 4 Altimas, 1 Armada, and soon to be 2 Titans.Read more

Recently began driver training on this vehicle with my son (at approximate vehicle mileage of 8,500). Vehicle is manual transmission and had never previously been stalled. Once vehicle had been stalled during driver training, reduced vehicle power was available, creating an unsafe condition when attempting to merge into traffic or driving on an uphill grade. The issue produced no warning message
... or CEL but did produce a pending OBDII error code of P2615 (camshaft signal output circuit low). The error appears to resolve after a full restart (shut down, unlock and open door, close door, restart). The error is reproducible and has occurred on multiple occasions. The error does not reset if simply restarting vehicle without opening door between restart. I have scheduled an appointment for evaluation by dealer, but it has not yet been confirmed by dealer. I believe this is a manufacturing defect, as the same issue occurs on another identical car owned by me.Read more

My Fusion is a 2017 and in 2015 Ford reported a problem with the Eco-Boost engines. The issues is there is a flaw in the production of the engine that could cause a crack in the cylinder and allow coolant to enter the chamber and once that happens the engine fails. Ford did offer a customary recall for the engine, but it was limited on miles and time. I was never informed of the customary recall.
... My engine has a small crack that has leaked a small amount of coolant into the cylinder. The car still functions. My concern is that if the engine fails while it is being driven, that the engine will seize and the car will stop, and an accident could occur. Since I was sold a car with the defective engine, and it was not disclosed to me, I want ford to replace the engine, since my engine has the defect, before it becomes a safety hazard.Read more

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concerns regarding both my 2024 and 2025 Mercedes-Benz vehicles, purchased/leased through your dealership. I am now facing an unacceptable situation that not only violates my consumer rights but has repeatedly placed my personal safety in jeopardy. After significant issues with my original 2024 vehicle, I was provided a replacem
... ent, which I took delivery of on October 15, 2024. Unfortunately, within two weeks, the replacement vehicle was already back in the shop for repairs. It has since required service again on December 24, December 31, and most recently, May 28, 2025. On one particularly alarming occasion, the vehicle shut off in the middle of the road, creating an extremely hazardous and life-threatening situation. I am driving a vehicle that cost over $60,000, yet it has proven consistently unreliable, unsafe, and unfit for normal operation. This experience has severely tarnished my perception of the Mercedes-Benz brand and has caused undue stress, inconvenience, and concern for my safety. Given the repeated repair attempts, persistent mechanical failures, and safety issues, I am requesting that Mercedes-Benz fully release me from this lease agreement without penalty or further financial obligation. Additionally, I am in the process of reviewing whether this situation meets the criteria under [Your State’s] Lemon Law, which typically applies when a vehicle undergoes multiple unsuccessful repair attempts for the same issue or is out of service for an extended period within the first 12-24 months of ownership. Based on the timeline and history of service visits, I believe my situation may qualify.Read more

What happened? Starting in October 2020, my 2019 Jaguar F-Type experienced persistent electrical and fuel injector system failures affecting cylinders 1 and 5, resulting in multiple engine misfires and reduced engine performance. The vehicle’s fuel injector connectors, specifically connector C1E121A, had misaligned pins causing injector circuit faults (DTC codes P0262, P0274) and frequent misfi
... re codes (P0301, P0305, P0300). These defects caused the vehicle to run roughly and unpredictably, creating a safety risk by compromising engine power and potentially causing loss of control, especially during startup and acceleration. Warning lights and engine fault codes were present throughout the issue. Jaguar dealerships confirmed the problem multiple times through diagnostic testing and extensive inspections, including wiring tests, fuel system checks, and control module evaluations. Despite repeated repairs, including connector reseating and injector replacements during the powertrain warranty period, the defect was never permanently fixed. The vehicle was out of service for over 6 months from August 2021 to April 2022 due to attempts to resolve the problem. After the warranty expired, the same symptoms and fault codes recurred. The dealer diagnosed that the engine must be completely replaced due to persistent injector circuit failures, with an estimated repair cost of $33,000. This ongoing defect severely affects the vehicle’s reliability and safety. The problem and its cause have been confirmed by multiple authorized dealers and Jaguar North America.Read more

The engine cooling fan failed. The vehicle was repaired by Firestone, and we have the old parts in case an inspection is needed. This failure put myself and others at risk because had I not been close to home when the engine light came on, the engine would have overheated. My daily commute is over 50 miles, and this could have caused an accident if it had happened on the highway. The problem was
... confirmed by a service center (Firestone). The entire fan assembly needed to be replaced since the bracket was also broken. The component has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others. The check engine light first came on while I was driving home from the store on 5/31/25. Then, the A/C stopped cooling. I stopped by Advance Auto Parts Store, and they checked the engine code (P0481) and advised me to purchase a fuse. When I arrived home and checked under the hood, I found that there was indeed a blown fuse. After replacing the fuse, I noticed that the fan was shaking and rattling. I then took the vehicle to the local Firestone center and they diagnosed the problem. I searched online to see if other Renegade owners had reported problems with the engine cooling fan and found that there was a recall (Recall Number: V54 - Engine Cooling Fan) for 2015 - 2017 Jeep Renegades for this same issue. However, it seems that my vehicle was not included in the recall. I am requesting that my vehicle be included in the recall so I can be reimbursed for the $1,053 that I spent on this repair.Read more

High-voltage traction battery / propulsion system repeatedly malfunctions. First incident – Aug 2023 (~91,000 mi). Vehicle displayed “EV System No Power” with DTC P31E7. Nissan dealer (Napleton St Louis) replaced a battery module under warranty and cited Nissan TSB NTB23-024 (bent retention pla
... te in 62 kWh pack). Vehicle returned to service. Second incident – Apr 2024 (~128,000 mi). Same symptoms re-appeared: dashboard showed 200 mi remaining, but under moderate acceleration the range meter plunged to ~80 mi within seconds, but releasing the accelerator the range would go back up, but plunge again once accelerating again. the car gets less then the then half what the dash claims on a full charge, leaving me to not know what the full range truly is. Two dealerships have said I'm having the same issue as previously, except my car is not displaying the inhabitation error. Current safety concern: The vehicle’s range indicator fluctuates drastically under load (e.g., 190 → 70 → 140 miles) whenever the accelerator is pressed, suggesting instability or failure in the high-voltage battery. Because remaining range is no longer reliable, I have stopped using the vehicle for daily transportation to avoid being stranded—especially on highways where there is no safe place to pull over or access to chargers. A sudden loss of motive power at high speed creates a crash risk for both occupants and surrounding traffic.Read more

I said why did you tell me about it for when you can’t drive it. I spoke to the owner of the dealership and he said I hit something. I told him I didn’t. There was nothing in the street. No one has taken the tire off to inspect at it. The truck will be sitting at the body shop for 2 weeks until they are able to work on it. The tire size is P185/75R1482S. At the time of the inspection I was at 104,000. To get a n
