When in reverse the backup camera glitches sometime, it doesn’t even come on. There’s a knocking under the hood. I’ve been told that is the fuel pump . After getting gas and trying to turn the ignition back on it stalls, it takes sometimes 3 to 4 tries before getting it started. After having repairs done to brakes, tires, and more, the ABS light is still on and sometimes the brakes act like
... they don’t wanna stop. I only have a picture where the camera is not working. It’s glitching. I’ve taken it to shops, but forgot to get the invoice to know in reference to everything else that’s going on. I haven’t made any repairs yet that’s in the works.Read more

I am reporting a serious safety issue after three service visits to Star Nissan. Most recently, on July 8, 2025, they performed a full transmission replacement under warranty (see invoice attached). Since receiving the car back, it now makes creaking noises, vibrates severely under acceleration and deceleration, and is completely unsafe to drive. The shaking is so bad I can feel it under my feet
... and seat, especially at highway speeds (40–50 mph). The car did not have these symptoms before the transmission repair. They claimed they did a test drive, but that is obviously false. This is now the third time I’ve had to return this vehicle for drivetrain-related issues, and I’ve been told to “wait until July 15th” with no resolution while my car is dangerous and undrivable. I’m reporting this as a potential safety risk, negligent repair, and breach of warranty, and I want Nissan investigated for returning vehicles in this condition. I’m afraid to drive it and feel completely ignored. This dealership needs to be held accountable, and Nissan should be required to take responsibility before someone gets hurtRead more

Vehicle: 2017 Chevrolet Volt Purchased: March 2017, new from Quality Chevrolet, Escondido, CA I am reporting a persistent and worsening issue with the “Shift to Park” system in my 2017 Chevy Volt. The problem began approximately three months after purchase (mid-2017) and has continued to worsen over time. Initially, the issue occurred intermittently, but it now happens every time I attempt to
... turn off the vehicle. The vehicle fails to recognize that it is in Park, displaying a “Shift to Park” message on the dashboard even when the gear selector is correctly positioned. This prevents the car from shutting off properly and poses a safety and battery drain risk. I brought the vehicle to Quality Chevrolet for service on the following dates: June 2017 April 2018 August 2020 Despite these visits, the dealership failed to diagnose or resolve the issue. On July 9, 2025, I returned to the same dealership, and they finally diagnosed the problem as a faulty jumper harness and switch contact, quoting $586 plus tax for the repair. I requested a goodwill repair from GM, given that the issue began within the warranty period and has been ongoing for years, but my request was denied. This is a known and widespread issue affecting many GM vehicles, and I believe it represents a design or manufacturing defect that should be subject to a recall or broader investigation. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate this issue further to ensure consumer safety and accountability.Read more

My Volkswagen Tiguan suddenly and without warning blew a large amount of smoke out of the exhaust along with oil while driving at highway speeds - causing the cars behind me to lose visibility and possibly be covered with oil further reducing their visibility due to the VW manufacturers faulty crankcase breather/pcv valve. After this happened the car dash lit up with warnings and went into "limp m
... ode" where I was not able to exceed 2500 rpm which is very dangerous when on the highway - luckily for my safety at this point I was on a side road. When I checked the engine I found no oil was left in it, it had been sprayed all underneath and up the back, which reduced visibility in the window. I was responsible for towing it to the dealer and was given no loaner despite being under warranty. Leaving myself and children without a vehicle. The dealer confirmed that my VW Tiguan had a faulty crankcase breather which caused over pressurization and pushed up the valve seals and cracked the oil pan. They only replaced those things and not the fouled spark plugs or oil filter from the crankcase breather failure which can cause more engine damage and dirty emissions.Read more

While driving the vehicle, I entered onto the interstate, as I accelerated into the flow of traffic, (approximately 45-50 mph) my truck suddenly and unexpectedly jerked and “clunked” extremely hard, I thought I had ran over a large object, approximately 5 seconds later it jerked and “popped” loudly. At that time the reduced engine power and check engine light came on causing my vehicle to
... suddenly slow down to 20 mph and almost being rear ended by a tractor trailer truck traveling the speed limit that had to hit his brakes e trebly hard to avoid a rear end collision. After removing my truck from the flow of traffic, I turned it off, exited the vehicle to see if I had ran over something, I did not. Cranked it up, no signs on the dash, as I started back to the travel lanes, it “surged & jerked” the reduced power and check engine light came back on. Once I got the truck to the dealership, the service manager informed me he knew exactly what it was, the transmission valve body was no longer good. He also informed me that my truck was now number 28 in line just at that dealership for the same issue and repair, then added that GM is out of stock on the parts and back order status.Read more

The vehicle was bought brand new in February of this year, 2025. Was bought and has been driven by my daughter who turned [XXX] this year. She went to camp and the vehicle sat behind the house till she got back. the vehicle and front windshield face west and is exposed to the summer sun from 11:30 till 8pm. When she got back and went to drive the car on [XXX], there was a large stress crack in th
... e middle of the windshield. (will attach pictures if possible with this online form). I had my neighbor check his security camera to see if anyone had vandalized the vehicle or if there had been any large object fall on the vehicle. after reviewing his recorded video, we both saw that no one touched the vehicle and that nothing fell on the windshield during the time it sat. I contacted Ford Motor Co. and they instructed me to take it to the dealership and have them take a look and then submit a claim if they thought it was a stress crack from the sun. I took the vehicle in to the dealership on June 26, 2025 and was told I would hear updates over the next few days. Over a week went by and I had to call the service dept at Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville. The Assistant service manager stated that Ford Warranty was denying the claim and stated that something else must have caused the crack. The Assistant Manager told me that the technician had written that they believed it was a stress crack from sun exposure and had submitted photos that backed up that claim. Also, on the work order, the Assistant Manager also wrote that it was a stress crack from sun exposure. There is a deep, horizontal crack in the middle of the windshield that has no origination marks or indentations which one would expect from the way that Ford Motor Warranty is denying the claim. I have asked the Assistant Manager to resubmit the claim and I sent him the photos I had taken as soon as it was first noticed. The front bumper on my 2025 Toyota Camry continues to shift and separate after driving, despite being repaired twice following a low-impact collision in which another vehicle backed into me. Additionally, my Par

I believe the malfunction may be tied to the bumper’s instability or misalignment, potentially affecting sensor function. The issue has not triggered any warning lights or error messages. However, I’ve now discovered multiple reports from other 2025 Camry owners experiencing the same bumper separation without being in accidents, suggesting a potential design flaw. My car has been inspected by body shops and appraisers, but not by Toyota directly. This ongoing issue presents a potential safety concern due to impaired sensor function and the risk of the bumper detaching at higher speeds. Nissan Pathfinder vehicles to repair the CVT transmission fluid cooler hose (inter-cooler). The internal fluid cooler (ITOC) hose may detach from the cooler due to inadequate clamping force.
