So my engine failed at 70K. Nissan replaced it with a remanufactured engine the is failing faster than the original engine. Currently at 112K, I have replaced the catalytic converter, muffler, Egr sensor twice, mass airflow sensor and oil changes at 3K just to have the vehicle in the shop for 6-7 months in 2025 alone. Apparently the remedy won't be out until late in Q4 of 2025. No rental or loaner assistance was offered at all. I keep hearing a clunking noise in the rear of my car and it gets louder at low speeds and when I turn when stopped. I have been doing research to try to see what it could be and I am seeing that this is a common issue with this car and there's no recall. The parts alone are $200+ and then you have to pay for labor. This is ridiculous for a faulty assembly problem due to GM.

... ately 45 MPH with the adaptive cruise control engaged, the traffic light ahead turned yellow. As I have done many times before in similar conditions, I applied the brakes firmly to slow and stop for the light. However, the vehicle did not slow down as normally expected. As the light turned red and cross traffic began entering the intersection, I pressed the brakes as hard as possible. The vehicle began to slow, and the tires felt like they were “hopping,” but the vehicle never came to a complete stop. Because I was now in the middle of the intersection with a red light and vehicles entering from other directions, I released the brake to avoid a collision. At that point, the vehicle lurched forward, and I realized the cruise control system was still engaged and was actively propelling the vehicle forward. A short time later, the cruise control system finally disengaged on its own. This malfunction nearly caused a serious accident. Under normal operation, pressing the brake pedal firmly at any speed should immediately disengage adaptive cruise control, but this did not occur. Dealer Response: Immediately after the incident, the vehicle was taken to the Mount Pleasant Jeep dealership, SC. The dealership’s technician connected a diagnostic code reader and stated there were no fault codes. They also checked for Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and stated none existed for this issue. ... ucial issue as the n37 recall rectifies issues with the Electonic Stability Control on my truck which may inadvertently illuminate the esc warning light and disable the ESC system as a result, loss of the ESC function could adversely affect the vehicles handling characteristics and cause a crash without warning. I have reached out to Ram customer care, but they are refusing to replace the defective module in order to cover the n37 recall indicating it's an out-of-pocket expense which is unreasonable. The n37 recall explicitly states the recall will cover parts and labor, the module isn't able to be flashed as the dealer's diagnostic machine isn't communicating with it, which is a hardware issue. The component malfunctioning is the fixed brake pedal placement itself. No warning lamps or symptoms precede the issue; it is a physical interference defect. They have improperly denied my claim for reasons that were clearly arbitrary and to get out of reimbursing me for the repair. The vehicle was repaired; however, the vehicle was losing motive power while driving. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle lost motive power. The vehicle was stopped, turned off and restarted to regain normal operation. The contact stated that the failure had occurred several times. The failure recently recurred with several unknown warning lights illuminated and the vehicle was towed to the same dealer. The contact became aware that in March 2024 another dealer replaced the fuel pump for a previous vehicle owner. The dealer had not yet diagnosed or repaired the vehicle. Description of Crash: On [XXX], I was involved in a front-end collision while driving my 2024 Kia Sportage. Despite the impact, the airbags did not deploy. Additionally, the Forward Collision Assistance system did not engage or warn me prior to the crash, even though conditions were normal and the system was active. Oil is burning too fast... Car has had an issue like this in the past and the problem resulted in a blown engine... Re-call was found by dealer and honored and endinge re-placed.. Car is now expierenceing this problem again... Second, steering wheel is locking when turnning fully left... Third, car smells extremely strong like gasoline when car is warming up...
