The 12v battery in my vehicle failed due to the known ICCU issue. The dealership has the battery and has since replaced it. I do not know if they keep it for their records or not. There was no warning that the battery was about to fail, we were out at a park for the day and got in at the end when we tried to turn on the vehicle - it gave us an error "12v battery critically low" and then turned off. Kia has issued a recall for the ICCU, but not covered under this recall is the 12v battery which the ICCU causes to fail early. A bad ICCU (Integrated Current Control Unit) can decrease the lifespan of a 12V battery in several ways: Improper Charging Voltage, Inconsistent Current Flow, Battery Drain, Heat Generation, & Inaccurate State of Charge Monitoring. Kia is fixing the cause of a battery failure but not the battery itself. Thankfully we were parked when the battery failed (no longer will hold a charge) but this is a huge risk and should also be covered in this recall. Despite driving less than 4189 miles, the vehicle requires extensive repairs costing $8,600.00 before taxes, with additional maintenance costs of $1,400.00. Carvana misrepresented the vehicle's condition, failing to disclose multiple engine and coolant leaks, which were discovered after purchase

The remaining vehicle loan is $28,000.00. Upon contacting Carvana about these issues, they stated that the car was outside the return window and refused further assistance. The repairs needed were massive and consistent with pre-existing conditions, indicating that Carvana neglected to perform adequate maintenance or disclose the damage. I am a remote worker and only travel to take my children to and from school daily. Despite this limited use, the vehicle has incurred significant damage, including massive oil and coolant leaks, posing a risk of injury to myself and my children, as well as the potential for explosion due to the extent of the leaks. Carvana's failure to disclose the vehicle inspection report at the time of purchase was a deceptive practice that concealed preexisting mechanical failures. This deceptive behavior placed me along with 4 minor children at risk of injury and a potentially catastrophic auto engine explosion or fire due to the extent of the leaks. Please investigate this known coolant leak issue that extends to oil engine issue it's many other owners are experiencing the same issue. ... t and then on subsequent push came back. Vehicle went through it's normal power up cycle and then engine restarted as I was still traveling at a good speed down the mountain. The engine has shut off on it's own before with all screens going dark while sitting at stop lights. To get it restarted I had to put the vehicle in park, press the brake and push the start button. I assumed this issue was with the auto start/stop feature and now always drive with it selected off. I've never had this issue with it off. This was the first time the issue happened while the truck was in gear and moving. The auto Start/Stop feature was ON. For previous issues I've had the Ford dealership check it and no error codes or issues were found.Read more

My 2010 Toyota Camry LE dashboard is physically sticky, extremely shiny, & material of dashboard is melting & breaking down. My safety and the safety of others is being put at risk by the following: Multiple significant safety issues for driver & passengers from dashb1) visibility issues from extreme glare onto windshield result in blinding and/or distractiing driver, 2) Integrity of dashboard material is compromised (spongy, sticky, breaking down & worse with heat in normal conditions of use) 3) the dashboard is impaired where airbag would deploy from, 4) exposure to chemical fumes and particles from dashboard materials continues as it breaks down. I had Toyota Dealership Service Manager to view & inspect this dashboard in person on [XXX]. The service manager sat in driver seat and observed problem with extreme glare, touch to confirm stickiness, and I pointed to example of drips of melting dashboard, small pieces chipped & eroded from dashboard. The service manager also confirmed the passenger airbag does deploy from the dashboard (when asked). The toyota service manager then checked for recall or service program related to this issue. A customer service program would have replaced this for free - but showed as expired. I was then provided an estimate for dashboard replacement of $3128. This is serious defect that demands a safety recall. It impacts the safety and integrity of my vehicle and others on the road in the U.S. My vehicle only has 75,560 miles. I have had three occurrences where the Automatic Emergency Braking system and Forward Collision system have been activated for no reason. In one case the Q5 braked suddenly, and the seat belts tightened to the point that it made my passengers back sore. Fortunately, no vehicle was following close behind to cause a rear end collision. I another case I was stopped at a traffic light with a car also

The third instance I was driving along a straight 2 lane road with no cars travelling in either direction and the AEB activated. The braking was violent. ... mission failed. The CVT failed at 83,000 miles. The vehicle is currently at a Nissan dealership service department, while I'm in the process of litigation with Nissan North America, Inc. Nissan offered just $1500.00 towards an estimated $6000 CVT repair bill. This problem is an extension of the 2022 Class Action Lawsuit that needs to be re-established. Nissan manufactured the vehicles with the knowledge of the defective CVT and did not make the consumers aware of the defect. Nissan dealerships also needs to be held accountable for their knowledge of the fraudulent act of Nissan to the consumers. Dealerships sold the vehicles also with the knowledge of the defective CVT.
