THE PROBLEM WITH THIS TYPE OF TECHNOLOGY IS THAT OVER A PERIOD OF TIME, THE BELT AND THE PULLEY START TO GRIND AGAINST EACH OTHER AND REDUCE THE SIZE OF EACH AND CAUSE

THE TRANSMISSION HAS FREQUENTLY OVERHEATED SINCE I'VE HAD IT WHEN IT HAD ONLY 30,000 MILES. THE TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FILTERS HAVE BEEN REGULARLY CHANGED PER THE OWNER'S MANUAL.
