VEHICLE HAS 90,000 MILES AND IS 1998 MANUFACTURING DATE. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE BOTH COMPLETELY IRREPARABLE. NO EVIDIENCE OF LOW OIL LEVEL OR OTHER MAINTENANCE NEGLECT WHICH LED TO THE CATASTROPHIC FAILURE. VEHICLE IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND IS NOW SCRAP. BOTH OF MY OUTSIDE HANDLES ON MY CAR FELL OFF WITHIN A COUPLE MONTHS OF EACH OTHER. I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT MY PASSENGER SIDE HANDLE FELL OFF UNTIL I SAW IT MISSING ON DAY. THE DRIVER SIDE HANDLE FELL OFF AS I WENT OUT TO MY CAR ONE MORNING TO LEAVE FOR WORK. I WENT TO LIFT UP ON THE HANDLE AND IT CAME RIGHT OFF. THERE WAS NO VANDALISIM, JUST A FAULTY PRODUCT. WHEN THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW IS IN THE FULL UPWARD POSITION, THE DOOR IS HARD TO OPEN/CLOSE; THE GLASS GETS STUCK IN THE WINDOW MOLDING. TOOK TO DEALER, WHO REPLACED WINDOW MOLDING, BUT REALLY DIDN'T WORK. WILL TAKE BACK TO DEALER. SEEMS TO BE A DESIGN PROBLEM. *AK

WHEN DRIVING IN THE SNOW, THE CONSUMER LOST POWER STEERING, WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALER, HOWEVER THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK THE VEHICLE WOULD DRIFT TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT OF THE STEERING WHEEL. *SC *JB
