My vehicle has in cold weather no ability to clear and defrost the interior cabin of the vehicle As described in the recent recall, issued by JEEP, my Vin number was not included as part of This problem is obviously related, and the condition described in your campaign number is an exact match for the condition I experience during the winter months. While driving in Boston in heavy traffic, my ve
... hicle fogged to the point where I couldn’t see where I could pull over or if I could pull over or the vehicle in front of me fogged to the point of visibility and every window I had to put my hazard lights on and stop in the middle of traffic. I reported this to JEEP directly, they attributed it to a design defect? The most recent Recall issued by JEEP left my Vin number out. With respect to the issue with the headlights Activating in auto mode. My vehicle does not have high beam headlights. When the high beams are activated There’s absolutely zero change in lighting conditions and the fog lights stay engaged. Stellaris failed once again to identify all the applicable VIN numbers. What else are they failing to include as there have been four major safety recalls with my make model and year jeep that did not include my Vin number which is disconcerting to say the least. Especially given the most recent airbag recall In the possible lack of activation. In my opinion, they are limiting this recall by guessing what production dates apply and are ignoring the vehicles that were produced immediately after or during the pandemic, which had items such as rear differential swapped out to a mechanical differential because they didn’t have the stock electronic diff in stock at the factory when the vehicle was built. A reasonable and prudent person would assume that major issues such as these would’ve been missed or overlooked when there were parts shortages as result of the pandemic and supply chain issues and not when things returned to “normal”.Read more

Both the front distronic system, which controls adaptive cruise control and emergency braking, and the blind spot warning have failed. Failure of both systems is usually caused by water getting into the respective control units related to poor sealing allowing water to enter and causing the systems to fail. I believe that these systems are critical to vehicle safety. The pre safe braking is essenti

An NHTSA Recall Number SC284AM was issued on September 25, 2023. The Recall states "URGENT: FIRE RISK WHEN PARKED," and advises owners to park out of doors, and away from other vehicles. This is absolute insanity and irresponsibility. I received a letter from KIA in November, 2013 about this Recall (over 5 months ago). As of this date, 4/5/2024, they do still not have the necessary part for the

Power train failed on my 3 year old car. It could've been catastrophic if it failed on the road. The CVT transmission is a mess. It's also caused undue financial burden on every CHR owner since the power train had continued to fail uncontrollably. This car was traded in since the transmission had failed. There should be a recall on every CVT that was manufactured in 2018. Every owner and previous

This concerns the media screen and has affected several models from 2023, incl my car. I use the screen for my GPS, for getting around and making timely turns and signals when in unfamiliar areas. The problem is that, starting a month after I acquired the car, this screen has pop-up ads that completely cover the screen that try to sell a service I do not want, called "drive-connect". (This is NOT
... part of the "free trial" services that are not invasive; there is a $15 charge for "drive-connect".) So I can find myself on a multi-lane highway needing advance warning for timely lane-changes etc, when suddenly my map is fully covered up. I then need to press a tiny button twice in order for it to clear, all at 65 mi/hour - for one example. The dealership is unable to remove it and employees have apparently been instructed to hush.
