MY Vehicle (2023 Chevrolet Silverado) has been in the shop over 9 times due to issues with the radio. I bought Truck on June 2 and since then have had truck in several times due to a radio issue. Each time i have taken truck in i have been told it's a "Software Update" should be good now. Spoke with GM Customer care and their exact words were shut the radio off drive without it. The radio volume
... with go full blast while driving even when the radio is turned down low. When this happens, it scares you some wheel jerking. I could see someone getting hurt while this is happening, upon looking at a few different forums i am a part of this is a concern and affects a lot of drivers. The fact GM customer care simply states just shut the radio off is a real concern, We as consumers pay a lot of money for these vehicles this in my opinion is not the correct response. They don't have a fix for this yet is also what the woman from customer care had to say. this truck is over a year old. how is this possible? GM is aware of this issue but has done nothing but continue to put people's lives in danger. I don't think telling their buyers to turn off the radio and drive without it is what should be getting said.Read more

1. Steering malfunction, yes. 2. In the course of driving on [XXX] through a mountain pass in Colorado with snow and poor driving conditions, the steering mechanism on the vehicle failed resulting in not being able to maneuver the vehicle out of the lane or off the road safely. Please stop vehicle" displayed with red steering wheel icon and exclamation mark. No other warning or sign of failure. This is the problem, driving at highway speed, get a steering malfunction warning, can't steer or control the vehicle - have to stop "safely". This could have been catastrophic. In any other vehicle if rack/pinon slips or power steering fluid fails, you can still manage to steer and avoid collision, this Audi under these conditions gave no such option. 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee, 103k miles. I purchased my car new for around $45,000. All maintenance was done on time. Oil cooler assembly went out, then head gaskets, now I need a new engine. At 103k miles !Jeep has done nothing other than tell me sorry that will be $15,000 to repair. My engine is doing that loud clicking sound everyone is talking about. I’ve spoken with countless people this has h
... appened to, some as early as 49k miles. There are videos online of mechanics bragging about how much money these engines are making them in repairs. Yet Stellantis still refuses to take responsibility for their 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine issues. Even though there is a current class action against them for it. There are full YouTube videos from mechanics explaining exactly why the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine fails and still Stellantis chooses to take more money from consumers to fix/replace their faulty engine. Now onto functionality of my vehicle, the start/stop engine problems I see people complaining about on here are real. The first thing I did when I got into my car was turn OFF my start/stop system. 20% of the time my system worked properly when left on. The rest of the time it was dangerous. The car would shut off when hitting the breaks and stall. I would be stuck on the freeway having to restart my car. I’m lucky it never caused an accident but it is terrifying being in the middle of the street and your car just shutting off and engaging the parking break and stuck in neutral. It’s happened more times than I can count, stop lights were where my car shut off most commonly. Usually would result in cars honking and people screaming to get out of the way while I scramble to get my car to turn back on. Over all, I’m so disappointed in this company and how it chooses to treat its consumers.. I was forever a Jeep owner until this week.Read more

2020 Ford Eco Sport There is a recall on this vehicle: 23V905000 I discovered the recall on my vehicle on April 5, 20204. I called the Tommie Vaughn Ford dealership to schedule the service for the recall. When I asked the service valet if they had the part on hand he said he didn't know and would call back on Monday. He called back and stated, "The service manager said we are not repairing th

(my appointment was canceled) On [XXX], around 11:30 pm (the vehicle seemed to start to lose pressure and then a warning light came on: oil pressure to engine low. Around five minutes later the car went black and completely shut down in the middle of the road.) The next day I called Joe Meyers Ford who stated there wasn't a recall on the vehicle yet. It was an advance notice and if I brought the vehicle in it would just sit for months until there was a real recall. Then I called Autonation Ford who said the same thing and if I brought it in they would let it sit until July when the real recall happens. I called the corporate office and spoke with an administrator (OFY). He apologized and explained they were supposed to diagnose my vehicle and if the issue was the recall, call the corporate office to get instructions on the repair. So I had my vehicle towed to Autonation Ford. The service person (David Lewis) called and stated he asked his service manager, Henry and they don't have to service my vehicle and it's just going to sit. I called the corporate office back and spoke with John who called and left a message to service my car. Then Henry (Service Manager) called and explained that the corporate office was lying to me because they were telling them not to repair the vehicles and all the Ford dealerships have cars like mine sitting on their lots.
