... highway for about 2.5 hours. It was running in gas engine mode since the battery power had been off for 1.5hrs. It was also about 30F in VT that day. The turtle mode came on as soon as we exited the highway. The vehicle was drivable, but there was almost no acceleration from 0-20mph. Once the car was above 25 mph and 2k RPM’s it could run 40-60mph but it had no brisk acceleration. When we stopped at lights, the poor acceleration continued all the way to our destination (so it ran 1.5 hours in Turtle Mode). But this is certainly a flow of traffic issue as the car pulls away from stops at a very slow and deliberate speed forcing other drivers to alter their driving. When we parked the car at our destination both the Turtle warning light and check engine light were still illuminated. Several hours later for our 4-hour return trip back from VT, when we started the car the check engine light was on but the Turtle warning indicator was off. The car appeared to run normally in ICE mode but we didn’t push it hard. Towards the end of our trip after we stopped for gas, the check engine light stayed off.Read more

... ponding to perceived wind conditions/instability normally and as it should. However, this was NOT like this for the first two years I drove the vehicle. It is DANGEROUS and not normal and the unilateral application of the brakes while I’m going 60 or 70 miles an hour on the highway forces my vehicle out of the lane and into parallel traffic lanes! The unilateral braking is sometimes so severe that my vehicle fishtails and feels like it is going to roll over into an adjacent lane or off the highway. This is going to cause a major accident to me and fellow drivers. Since the problem started six months ago and has steadily worsened, I have been advised to upgrade the suspension and install an “swaybar” and also to change the tires to make the vehicle more stable. I have done both. Neither has helped at all. I don’t know what to do or where to take it. It seems like deactivating the crosswind assist would be helpful in determining if the sensors are too sensitive or defective and whether it drives safely without them. But there is no way to deactivate that system. I have owned my vehicle for three years and for the first 2 1/2 years it drove perfectly, without this issue ever happening. My vehicle has not been in any collision and has had no damage, so I do not know where this came from. It seems like an electrical or sensor issue that has arised and neither a sprinter specialist mechanic nor the Mercedes-Benz dealership with a sprinter technician have been able to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. ... he bedroom above the upper deck, man doors in the trailer being out of square, cargo doors opening during travel, separation of the seam between the filon and "nose", squeaky flooring in the bedroom above the upper deck. The manufacturer has offered to transport the trailer to their manufacturing facility and perform what they are calling a "super" inspection if we agree to sign a release and non-disclosure agreement. The structural components of the trailer are covered by a 5 year warranty which should not require a release and NDA. The trailer is not safe and would be irresponsible to use in its current condition. The "super inspection" repair scope is vague, and the required legal agreement should not be required because the trailer is within the warranty period. The trailer spent almost 10 months at an authorized repair facility. The work done at the repair facility did not resolve or fully and correctly address the frame related issues. The repair facility has in its possession approx 400 pictures of the work performed on our trailer which they will not release to us. The work orders associated with the work done during the 10 months that the trailer was in the repair facility are vague and do not detail what was or was not done.Read more

Steering wheel seems to stick when car has been running for 30-40 miles. When going straight and making slight adjustments it sticks then jerks causing oversteering. ... e a risk from being hit from behind. I frequently travel on busy interstates and it scares me to think that this could happen again. The system also activated three times when backing out of my driveway, again nothing was around. I have taken the car to the dealer, Carlton Mercedes-Benz in Greenville, SC, twice and they have failed to find anything wrong with it so made no changes. This leaves me with little confidence in the vehicle. The dealer was not forthcoming about the details of what checks they actually did. I own a 2021 Chevy Malibu and I have been having issues with my transmission since November 5,2024. I was driving along at about 30 miles per hour When all of a sudden the car would not accelerate so I put the car in park and put the car back in drive and accelerated but only revved up but still would not move. I called a mechanic to look at my vehicle and he checked that I had transmission fluid

Upon further inspection he plugged an OBD code reader on my vehicle and came up with a P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction which is the output shaft speed sensor or the vehicle speed sensor? I spoke to a shop about the problem and they said that that year and model car has a lot of complaints from owners. They said that it could cost up to 3,000 and up to replace the transmission. I was driving in the [XXX] at 70 MPH when suddenly, and without warning, the car refused to accelerate. It was in effect switched to "neutral." I managed to guide the car to the very narrow shoulder of the turnpike. It was an incredibly dangerous situation. : Driver side door latch, yes it's available for inspection and has been inspected by Tasca Ford Cranston RI 02920. : In a cold environment Driver side door can not be opened from the inside. Interior door latch freezes making it impossible to open door. Door must be opened from the outside. In some cases latch freezes and door will latch closed.
