Hi , My wife and I purchased a 2021 Venture Stratus in December 2020 from Stoltfus RV located at 1335 Wilmington PikeWest Chester, PA 19382. Since our purchase, we have traveled from our home in Wilmington, De. to Cave Creek, Az 3 times (and return),Wilmington, De. to Mebane, N.C. 2 times (and return) and Wilmington , De. to Cincinnati, Ohio once (and return). The total number of miles traveled is
... <10,000. Prior to each trip, I check over my vehicles which includes making sure the towing vehicle and Venture Stratus tires are inflated to the correct pressure (65 psi for Venture Stratus). The tires did not appear worn or distressed prior to any trip This year I left Cave Creek, Az for Wilmington De. in early May . On my trip home, just outside Rifle, Co., one of the front trailer tires on the driver side blew. The tire was changed to the original spare. About 15 miles down. the road in Glenwood Springs, Co., second tire blew (second original driver side rear). I purchased a new tire to replace the blown tire as well as a new wheel to serve as a second spare. So at this point, the trailer has 1 original tire, original spare and two new tires. The next day, just outside Vail, Co., a third tire blew (passenger side rear), I called a tow truck and the tow truck driver took me to a tire store Given 3 of the original 4 tires blew, I had no confidence in the remaining original tire. So, I purchased 2 new tires (replacing the one original passenger side that had not blown along with the blown tire)and put them on the RV. All original tires had been replaced. I have since also replaced the original spare.. First, I know the tires were made in China. Second, I have a picture of the blown tire attached for your inspection as well as a picture of the tire with a defective stem. I will file complaints for all 3 blown tiresRead more

I’ve been complaining about my mcu1 glitching, freezing and my rear view camera not working since June 2022. I also filing a complaint because I have the fsd package on my 2016 mcu1 car and that has not been delivered after a 6 year wait. They released fsd to the mcu1 platform. But less than 50 cars got it and that very software got recalled. They have fixed every other platform but mcu1 since.
... I truly believe there is a issue with mcu1 hw3. I’ve complained several times about my mcu under warranty about these issues and they said the only fix is mcu2 . Which means they couldn’t fix it under warrranty. That’s a breach of warranty. I almost hit a elderly gentleman a few weeks ago because I was backing up and my screen went black. This has been happening and tesla knows all about it. But Tesla says the only fix is the paid mcu2 upgrade for 2500 dollars. Tesla has been really deceptive and is trying to force it customers to their upgrade. This has been a ongoing issue with many loyal customers. Pretty much anyone that has a 2016-17 tesla s or x with mcu1. Losing basic functionality shouldn’t be a issue but here we are. Please look into this I’m sure you find several others just like me. Thanks for your help.Read more

The display on our 2022 Lincoln Aviator failed, again. It had been repaired by the dealer with a new rear camera. It failed to show the backup view, again, and also that display shows the controls for defrost and other safety features. It was a rainy day, so, we were without a display screen showing the backup camera AND could not turn on our defroster as it is located on that dark screen, also.
... Our windows fogged due to no defroster, and, we had no back up camera view to show traffic behind us. We called the dealer and, they said wait for a recall, as one on the software is in the making right now. There was no warning that this would happen. after driving the vehicle and parking and restarting it, the display lit up again.Read more

My 2022 Hyundai was broken into, in an attempt to steal it, due to the lack of immobilizers in these vehicles (and the viral videos that occurred due to Hyundai’s inability to resolve the issue). My window was smashed in, my ignition ruined, and the plastic panel under the steering wheel was ripped out. I filed a claim with my insurance company and a police report, but now I have to deal with in
... creased insurance rates and at least $500 in damage. I’ve had no vehicle for at least 2 weeks, which hurts my livelihood (since I can’t drive to work) and I likely won’t have it for a few more weeks. I’ve asked my dealership if I have an immobilizer and they said they don’t know. They have confirmed I am not eligible for the software update that helps protect your car. They have confirmed that this break-in occurred, because of the viral video and lack of response from Hyundai. I now feel unsafe in my own home (where the incident occurred) and I worry that, even when I get my car back, the same incident will occur and it’ll cost even more. Or worse, it’ll actually be successfully stolen. Even though my car wasn’t stolen (only broken into), they were able to steal my neighbor’s Hyundai the exact same night. I now have no vehicles for emergencies and day-to-day requirements and fear for the vehicle / my safety. My car has been inspected by a Hyundai dealership, Progressive insurance, and Baltimore police. I was never notified about this issue by Hyundai. I was never sent a warning or recall notice and when I ask why my VIN isn’t on recall, Hyundai corporate says they don’t know and that they can’t confirm if I have an immobilizer. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car prior to this incident. No warning messages / lamps and no mechanical failures.Read more

On or about January 2023, I noticed the airbag light come on my vehicle's dashboard. I didn't notice anything else that may have suggested what was wrong or what caused the light to come on. On February 6, 2023, I took the car to a Ford dealership to be inspected (the car had less than 60,000 miles and was about 6 years old at the time). After an inspection, I was told that the "Restraint Contr

His answer was unclear, and he said that "the airbags would at least not deploy unintentionally". On May 6, 2023, I was involved in an accident and the airbags did NOT deploy. I am unsure if there was enough force during the accident that would have caused the airbags to deploy, or whether they should have deployed but did not due to the bad RCM component. Today, May 17, 2023, my car is currently being repaired at an auto body shop. I called Ford's customer service because I am concerned about driving with potentially non-working airbags. I was told that the part I need (HS7Z14B321H) is still on national backorder and may take at least two more months to be back in stock. Ford recommended filing a report with NHTSA. I feel that the car is not safe to drive and I am concerned for the safety of myself and passengers.
