MY 2007 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR ULTIMATE 4X4 ENGINE STOPPED RUNNING SUDDENLY LIKE IT RAN OUT OF GAS. THERE WAS A HALF A TANK OF GAS IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WOULD CRANK AND CRANK BUT WOULD NOT START. I TROUBLESHOOTED THE ISSUE TO A FAILED FUEL PUMP. WHEN I PULLED THE FUEL PUMP OUT OF THE FUEL TANK I NOTICED THAT THE WIRING GOING TO THE NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE PUMP WAS MELTED.
