I PROMPTLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO TAKE MY CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP. TAKATA RECALL. RECEIVED NOTICE 07/11/2016 OF RECALL INVOLVING THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG. THE RECALL SPECIFICALLY STATES "A RUPTURED INFLATOR CAN SEND INFLATOR PARTS TOWARD VEHICLE OCCUPANTS RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. I CONTACTED FORD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP CENTER ON 07/11/2016 AND SPOKE TO AARON. I ASKED HIM ABOUT DEACTIVATING THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG AND HIS INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT TO DO
