BRAKES WERE INTERMITTENTLY FAILING TO WORK. WHEN THEY MOST OFTEN FAILED WAS AFTER HITTING A POT HOLE OR SMALL BUMP IN THE ROAD APPROACHING A SITUATION TO STOP WITH THE FOOT ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. AT THAT SPEED, THANKFULLY I HAD ENOUGH TIME TO GET OVER TWO LANES OF TRAFFIC WITH NO POWER AND COAST OFF THE ROAD.
