TAKATA RECALL: WE PURCHASED OUR 2008 LINCOLN MKZ IN OCTOBER, 2016. WE WERE GIVEN NOTICE OF THE RECALL AT THAT TIME AND PROMPTLY WENT TO OUR LOCAL LINCOLN DEALER TO REGISTER OUR VEHICLE. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE PARTS CAME IN BUT WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. WE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND WERE ALWAYS GIVEN THE SAME RESPONSE.
