I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR YEARS TO GET A REPLACEMENT AIRBAG DUE TO RECALL FROM COMMERCIAL FORD IN ARANSAS PASS, TX WHO SERVICES MY CAR. THEY SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANY AIRBAGS. MY RECALL STATES THAT NO ONE SHOULD SIT IN MY PASSENGER SEAT YET I CANNOT GET THE AIRBAG REPLACED. WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP?

THIS WAS IDENTIFIED AS A DEFECT IN 2005 BUT ACCORDING TO LINCOLN MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL.THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PERHAPS LIFE THREATENING .
