DRIVER SIDE FRONT WINDOW HAS A WHISTLING NOISE THAT IS A HAZARD DUE TO THE DB LEVEL AT 55 MPH. I HAVE SPOKEN SEVERAL TIMES WITH CLEAR LAKE LEXUS AND THEY HAVE NOT OFFERED A SOLUTION. THIS APPEARS TO BE A VERY COMMON ISSUE WITH THE 2008 LEXUS 460 (LEXUS TALK). THERE APPEARS TO BE A FIX BY INSTALLING A TRIANGLE BETWEEN THE MIRROR AND DOOR.

OTHER, LATER YEARS WERE ALSO AFFECTED, AND THE CAUSE IS USUALLY 1 OR BOTH BROKEN CLIPS. OTHER OWNERS HAVE REPORTED AS MANY AS 3 WINDOWS BEING REPLACED THE LEXUS, AT GREAT COST SINCE THE ENTIRE WINDOW MUST BE REPLACED. IN MY CASE I FOUND AN AUTO GLASS SERVICE THAT WILL DO IT FOR $250, COMPARED TO THE DEALER COST OF $700. BUT THE ISSUE IS SAFETY!
