When crossing an intersection my vehicles RPMs went up but there was no acceleration, after a few seconds the car found the gear and went across. There hasn't been any lights on for any issues. The service engine light would go on and off, but never be consistently on. When it turned on, it only stayed on for a day and then went back off. It almost caused a few accidents. ... warranty I purchased said it was preexisting problem. I had just purchased the vehicle approximately 3 months prior and had never had this problem. It only messed up after running the water and that is what other owners stated. My comprehensive insurance would not cover neither. Jaquar want to charge me $6700.00 for repair, which I believe should be cover under my warranty, insurance or Jaquar itself.
