Problem Reproduction and Confirmation The problem occurs consistently after driving for a short period (less than five minutes) and has not been resolved. The issue has not been confirmed by a dealer or independent service center because Hyundai service centers in the Los Angeles area are unable to schedule an appointment until April 2025 due to a shortage of technicians. 4. Inspection by Manufacturer, Police, Insurance, or Others The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives. Attempts to seek inspection by Hyundai have been unsuccessful due to a lack of available appointments. 5. Warning Lamps, Messages, or Symptoms There were no warning indicators prior to the malfunction. Once the issue occurs, the following appear: "CHECK FCEV SYSTEM" message on the LCD display "FCEV Service Warning" light on the dashboard These messages activate during the loss of acceleration and persist until the vehicle is turned off. My passenger airbag sensor malfunctioned and the repair is over two thousand dollars. The car is only 6 years old and I believe airbags should last longer than 6 years. BMW has extended warranties for airbags on some models (mine not included) for 15 years without mileage limitation. If a collision occurs, my passenger would be in extreme danger.

The contact attempted to exit the vehicle after the crash but all the doors failed to unlock from the inside. The contact screamed for help as neighbors heard the commotion outside and assisted the contact out of the vehicle. Police were called but no assistance arrived. The Center Panel commonly known as ICC does not boot up normally. The ICC basically is the central computer of the vehicle which controls all ADAS systems, HVAC, Charging, Audio and all connectivity. When driving along using the cruise control, the vehicle will suddenly act as it is avoiding a collision. The collision warning will show on the dashboard and the car will suddenly slow down to a stop or near stop until I disengage the cruise control and hit the gas pedal. I was able to navigate to the shoulder of the 2 lane road I was on and bring the car to a stop. When I tried to turn the car back on it would not. I had the car towed to the dealership. First they had to replace the battery as they stated there was not even enough juice in the battery to update the onboard computer for diagnostic. Then, after a week of waiting, I called and was informed that the engine was deak (advisor used the phrase "the engine when clunck"). As of today, 11/12/2024, I do not have a full diagnosis for the engine failure as the dealership has yet to inform me even though I have submitted multiple requests through various means. Service advisors states that the engine will be covered under the CPO warranty. At the time of the incident, the engine had not given any indications of any issues (like noices, stalls, etc). My sister had driven the car two days before and said it was driving fine. I had had the oil changed a week before and the tech did an inspection at that time and all parts were in working/good condition.Read more

Welds on the frame where the fifth wheel overhang attaches to the main frame have broke allowing the kingpin to raise up off of the front upright. This means that the kingpin overhang is only attached at the rear upright making the RV unsafe to tow.
