DRIVING UPHILL ON A DIRT ROAD @ ~ 20MPH. GAS ENGINE RUNNING AT THE TIME. FAIRLY STEEP GRADE. ~6% GRADE UPHILL. CAR STARTED TO ACCELERATE AT A RATE I WOULD COMPARE TO MERGING ONTO A HIGHWAY. I EVEN PUT MY TOES UNDER THE PEDAL TO TRY AND LIFT THE ACCELERATOR MAKING SURE IT WASN'T MECHANICAL ERROR. ZERO MOVEMENT, THE PEDAL WAS IN PLACE. AFTER HAVING LEXUS "ANALYZE" MY VEHICLE THEY CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME "WE CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT" AND THAT ALSO THEY DID NOT UPDATE ANY COMPUTERS OR RESET ANYTHING OR SWAP OUT MY BATTERY. THEY EXPECTED ME TO COME PICK UP MY CAR WITHIN THE WEEK OR THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPORT THEIR LOANER CAR STOLEN AND I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR IT. MY ONLY OPTION GIVEN WAS TO GET BACK INTO MY VEHICLE. MY SUSPICION IS MY BATTER ALLOWED ITSELF TO OVERCHARGE WHILE DRIVING DOWN LONG STRETCHES OF MOUNTAIN ROADS AND THEN WAS NOT BEING DRAINED ON THE STRENUOUS UPHILL SECTIONS.
