THIS IS AN ADDENDUM TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT NUMBER 11021722 REGARDING MALFUNCTION OF BLIND SPOT MONITORS AS I NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE THE HISTORY I HAVE HAD WITH THE DEALER. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER NO LESS THAN 4 TIMES. INITIALLY THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEM (TECHNICIAN RODE WITH ME) BUT COULD NOT RESOLVE IT. I CONTACTED THE SENDER AND THEY ESCALATED THE INFO AND CONFIRMED THAT MY VEHICLE DOES HAVE TAKATA AIRBAGS. LEXUS CLAIMS THEY ARE WRONG. PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO PROCEED.

THEY NOTIFIED ME THAT I SHOULD NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE WITH A PASSENGER IN THE FRONT SEAT THUS CREATING A HARDSHIP FOR MY FAMILY.

HAD THE SHADE NOT BEEN SHUT, THAT GLASS WOULD HAVE ENTERED THE INTERIOR OF MY VEHICLE. MY CAR HAD BEEN PARKED IN THE SHADE ALL MORNING EXCEPT FOR A PERIOD OF ABOUT 30 MINUTES WHILE I ATE LUNCH IN A RESTAURANT, WHERE IT HAD BEEN PARKED OUT IN THE OPEN.
