I have a 2022 KZ Durango 321RKT. The frame has been flexing up in the front by the bedroom slide out. There is now a crack in the bedroom wall, which expands from when it’s on the truck to when it’s on the landing gear on the ground. It also is causing the outside of the RV to buckle in the same place. KZand Lippert both said that there’s nothing that they can do. There’s no frame flex in

Warranty and frame should not be in the same sentence together that is the main component of the camper. There is also another issue with the frame on these campers where the leaf spring hangers are breaking off from the frames because they are not braced properly. I have included both pictures of the frame flex crack, and the suspension hanger breaking.Read more

While driving my 2022 Lexus GX460, I experienced a sudden and unexpected loss of braking capability while stopped. After bringing the vehicle to a complete stop, the brake pedal pressure gradually decreased while my foot remained firmly on the brake. As pressure lessened, I applied additional force, but the brake pedal continued to travel downward until it reached the floor. At that point, the veh
... icle began to move forward at idle despite the brake pedal being fully depressed. I rolled towards the intersection (at a stop light). I took my foot off the brake and applied again. It stopped, and then this repeated. I then put the car in park while I waited for the light to turn green. My destination was only 1km away. When I got there, I turned off the car, and have since been unable to replicate the issue. I took it to a dealership (Lexus on the Park) and they charged me for an investigation and told me the car is good to drive. I need Toyota/Lexus to be informed. Note that I am in Canada but a friend advised for me to submit here. I posted my issue on a Lexus forum and a person named Patrick said he had the same issue in September and was told by the dealership everything is fine. I've asked him to submit to NHTSA as well. In 2021 while hauling the camper on [XXX] from TN to AR we bent the back axle and had to have it replaced along with several tires, and the wiring harness, that axle was a lippert, we had it replaced with a Dexter. We had a tire blow out in 2023 on front axle, in spring of 2024 the brake drew up and had to cut wires and back adjustment. We had the camper serviced brake assembly and bearing at a

I had 3 of these same tire blow within a week and a half of each other. All 3 tires were installed new on my camper trailer at factory. The camper was purchased in August 2021. My safety was at risk due to having to pull over and change the blown tires while on the side of the interstate. debris from the tread separation could have damaged other vehicles or caused drivers to wreck attempting to avoid colliding with tire components. 2017 Ford Focus; CNP valve issues; previous Safety Recall 19S22 was issued in 2019. The dealership where car was purchased performed recall; deformation of tank in Nov 2019. The 2017 Ford Focus never really idled very well even after recall was performed by dealership in 2019, as well as; increased RPM and sluggish at acceleration. Then early June 2023 fuel gauge was reading 44 miles to empty;
... so stopped to fill gas tank. Turned car off completely had keys in pocket; immediately after filling the gas tank the Ford Focus would not start; eventually able to start vehicle by continuous attempts and then finally punching the gas pedal once car was started kept car running for at least 40 minutes. Performed OBD scan shortly after which gave error code PO456. Recall 19S22 clearly states that a OBD scan of PO456 could very well be a CNP valve issue. Contacted dealership and made appt for 6/20/2023; at which time the dealership stated that recall has already been performed for the 2017 Ford Focus in Nov 2019. Contacted Ford Motor Company; who then stated that they are aware of the CNP issue but since there is no current recall that they are not liable and to contact NHTSA.Read more

We purchased this rv trailer brand new from Happy Daze RV in Sacramento, Ca. The manufacturer is KZ/Venture RV in Indiana. We bought it in Sept of 2016. According to the VIN sticker on the rv and the mfr, this trailers dry weight is 8300lbs and should have 4500lb axles, 225 75R15 tires and 6 lug rims. Because we have never needed to bring in the unit for any service or repair, the dealer and mfr are both claiming no responsibility for this dangerous situation. I almost blame myself for not checking everything when we bought it. But as a consumer, I assume everything is right especially on a brand new unity. KZ/Venture actually did a recall on an earlier 2014 model for the same reason. Undersized axles were put on a model which they said could cause the consumer serious injury or death. Yet, they are completely ignoring our situation along with the dealership.Read more

AFTER PURCHASING OUR 2014 KZRV, WE FOUND THAT THE AXELS INSTALLED ON THE RV WERE UNDR RATED. AFTER A NUMBER OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS WITH KZ, THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD REPLACE THE AXELS BUT DELAYED BY NOT CALLING BACK AND MOVING FORWARD WITH THE REPAIR. AS OF RIGHT NOW, THEY CLAIMS THE PART WILL BE AT THE DEALER BY MID JUNE.
