When I returned to my home in Florida, I called Goodyear Property Damage group, but they said that they could do nothing to help me without getting the damaged tire back to the company. Unfortunately, Mavis Tire in Matthews, NC disposed of the tire. I offered to send Goodyear photos of the damaged tire and vehicle, but they refused because they said that they needed the tire. (now the rest of the trim doesn't match so that's great for aesthetics) The interior door panel replaced because it was loose. This car developed a "thumping" noise around 25K miles when turning at low speeds. Took it to the dealer, told them it is probably the AWD coupler, and they said the self-leveling

Dealer decides to replace the rear differential because they found metal shavings in the diff fluid. Sound is still there but now not as loud. Car is currently back at the dealer for diagnostics to remedy the situation. I don't understand how a car with only 30k miles on it should be having these kinds of major issues. Kia seems to know about these issues because they do not argue about replacing anything. The car looks great, and the size is great. But I cannot imagine the nightmares I'm going to have for the next 30K. Or how bad the nightmare will be once I am out of factory warranty.Read more

I purchased this 2024 Ford Expedition brand new from a Ford certified dealer (Conklin Cars, Newton , Kansas). I sent my truck to dealership and spoke with them on the phone and they was able to tell me everything going on with my truck without even having to tell them all the issues happening. They looked at the truck and said I had an internal engine issue. I was advised this a well known problem with my type of truck. I reached out to Gm and asked them why haven’t it been a recall on my truck if this is a well known issue with my vehicle after talking with many mechanics. No answer was specifically provided. I’ve been trying to get them to do what’s right and repair the engine but I’m getting the run around. I’ve reached out to over 5 mechanics and a shops and have been told this is a well known problem was trying to see the cost. Once I found out this was well known it made me contact General Motors. I don’t think it’s fair this is a known issue with 5.3L engine and it hasn’t been a recall. It is unsafe to be driving and the engine just fails on you in the middle of traffic. What if I was on the freeway? My truck is at a Gm dealership right now and Gm and the dealership is refusing cost assistance on a well known engine failure problem. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Lexus NX 350 from Lexus of Smithtown, NY less than two months ago. At around 1,300 miles, I discovered a large amount of water pooled on the front passenger floor and could hear water sloshing inside the vehicle while driving. They recommended replacing the carpet, padding, and performing an A/C refresh service, estimating about $7,000. The vehicle has never been exposed to flooding, road debris, or unusual environmental conditions. It is kept in a clean residential garage and driven under normal use. Last year in 2024 our vehicle started having significant issues with the transmission. We took it to a dealership and through our warranty that we purchased, we were told that the transmission control module had lost its programming but no one understood why. It wasn't covered under our warranty and we paid full price out of pocket for that. Less than a year later we are back with the same issues

It locks itself into neutral when we are driving, it will have surges of power with the battery, and no longer has any emergency braking system. We cannot put the emergency brake on in fact. We lost all of our 4x4 variations such as snow sport and four wheel drive low. Full drive is no longer able to be engaged at all with the transmission. It will not shift in or out of 5th gear which means every time we push on the gas that means it's going to be starting out in 5th gear which is obviously a strain on the transmission. Due to that it has no towing power whatsoever right now. It has shut off completely in the middle of us driving bfore. These issues are causing it to slowly lose it's communication with all of the other modules in the vehicle and the engine itself is no longer communicating with the transmission which makes driving the vehicle almost impossible.Read more

I am extremely concerned that this may have been a malfunction with the Nissan Rogue as this occurred less then 24 hours after it was serviced. My car was totaled and the damage looks like it hit at 30 mph or more which is extremely alarming as I was slowing coming into the parking spot. I don't know exactly what happened however if there have been any issues with Nissans and sudden acceleration, I feel this needs to be investigated. My Rogue is a 2022 and had to have the engine replaced in early 2024. Nissan could not give any explanation as to why. My car has been taken to a salvage yard and I am concerned that if there was and issue, any evidence of an issued could be destroyed. The car had been garaged since Thursday evening and all day Friday. Used it Saturday morning to drive 5 miles, went into my location and when i came out 2 hours later, the rear window on the liftgate was crumbled. Nothing impacted it to cause this. Just shattered on it's own. Temperature was 62 F.

I was stopped at a light the Jeep turned off, dash said put vehicle in Park, restart, then Drive. After I turned off the Jeep and restarted, the check engine light came on. ... ight came on, the Jeep shutoff, and the dash lights went off. Warning said but Jeep in Park, restart then Drive. This was very scary at that rate of speed. I continued driving slowly, got off the freeway and it happened again while driving 30mph on a two lane road. Same warning as before. It turned off, I coasted to the side, placed it in park, turned off and turned back on. I slowly made it home the last mile without incident. I called the dealer and made an appointment. I am filing a complaint regarding a potential recurring safety defect related to Recall NHTSA 25V274 (GM N252494001). On July 29, 2025, my vehicle stalled while driving on the highway and was towed to Quality Chevrolet. The dealer diagnosed a failed starter and battery fuse link. During this visit, I authorized inspection for Recall 25V274, concerning possible crankshaft or connecting rod failure
... . I was told my vehicle was not affected but the dealer performed the recall remedy by changing the oil to 0W-40. On October 5, 2025, the vehicle developed a loud knocking noise from the engine. Quality Chevrolet diagnosed a connecting rod failure, the same issue identified in the recall. On October 10, 2025, I was advised that GM approved a full engine replacement due to internal damage. However, I was also told the new engine will use lower viscosity 0W-20 oil, contradicting the prior remedy intended to prevent this failure. This suggests the original recall fix was only a temporary measure, and the defect remains unresolved. I request that NHTSA investigate whether the current recall remedy adequately corrects this safety issue and whether GM’s use of 0W-20 oil could allow repeat failures. Additionally, I request assistance or reimbursement for vehicle payments, as my vehicle has been undrivable for an extended period due to a manufacturer defect. Thank you for your time and attention.
