The stainless steel trim piece above the windows is only attached by glue and comes loose. My front driver side came detached and the rear came loose on both sides. The piece would have completely fallen off and hit another vehicle if had I not noticed it and re attached it with construction adhesive. I waited 48 hours and called Honda support, I proceeded to tell them that in addition to the app not working the integrated Google Maps was not functioning as it indicated the car was in Mexico, when in fact I was in Virginia. The Honda support person elevated my case to 2nd tier support and they indicated it would be 24 to 48 hours before I would get a response. I talked to tier 2 support person the next day and after some basic troubleshooting they transferred me to OnStar support as none of the OnStar buttons functioned either. After troubleshooting with OnStar they told me that 5he telematics module was probably bad and that I needed to take it to dealership, so 11 days and less 400 miles later I took my vehicle to the dealership. That was late on [XXX]. The dealership contacted me on the following Monday to tell me they need the car a little longer so their technician that was most familiar with the Prologue could look at it on Tuesday. The dealership called me back on Tuesday and said the telematics module needed to be replaced, but it was on a nationwide backorder until the middle or end of March. They did tell me the vehicle was drivable, but my concern is that without OnStar if I was in an accident and incapacitated it wouldn’t be able to contact emergency services. I did receive an update that the part is now expected to arrive April 6th, so my vehicle sits at the dealership still and I have now made 3 payments on it even though I have only driven it for 11 days. I motor fan is constantly on when driving. It is 32F to 40F here in Hampton Roads. There is no reason the fan should be on. I have video of the fan running at 29 degrees F. I reported it to my local mazda 3 times. A person I know in another area reported the same problem and her local mazda dealer fixed it.

At 135,815 miles, my 2018 Ford Fusion SE experienced a sudden transmission failure while driving, with no prior warning signs. The vehicle was towed to Certified Transmission, where technicians confirmed: Transmission fluid level was correct but black/degraded. Multiple failure codes were present. Transmission pump whined and stopped functioning. Diagnosis: Internal transmission failure (6/17/202
... 4). The shop stated this issue is common in these transmissions. The entire transmission had to be replaced. At 141,164 miles, just 5,349 miles later, the engine shut off on the highway while driving, again with no warning lights. After pulling onto the shoulder, it restarted after 10 minutes but was smoking heavily. Coolant was critically low in the reserve tank. Diagnosis: Cracked cylinder head due to coolant intrusion, a known defect in 1.5L EcoBoost engines. I contacted Ford Customer Care about CSP 21N12, but they refused assistance since my vehicle exceeds 84,000 miles, despite this well-documented defect. Safety Concerns: Unexpected transmission & engine failure while driving creates a serious risk. Engine shutoff on the highway could have led to an accident. Coolant intrusion in 1.5L EcoBoost engines is a known issue, yet Ford has failed to notify all owners. This issue affects many owners and creates major safety risks. Car was driving fine went into a store came out a couple hours later car wouldn’t start. After jump starting it check engine light is on and AWD system failure reads across the dashboard. The car will randomly cut off while driving, to restart the car must be put into neutral to restart and the lights go off during that time. If you are on the interstate going over 50, it will jerk and restart itself but the steering gets really stiff and you have to pull over and cut car off and restart to get the steering to work properly again.

The FCW function does not engage if you put the vehicle in gear to soon. You must wait at least 5 seconds after starting the engine before shifting into gear or else the FCW will not turn on. The dealer said there is no fix. I believe this is a software issue. This has been functioning this way since the vehicle was new.

Because the loss of the protective paint on my car can and has been leading to rust issues on the metal underneath the paint. This is known to weaken the vehicle's body structure. This is especially problematic in potential areas of the car that are prone to collision, thereby compromising the vehicles safety over time, if allowed to continue to delaminate. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? All across the internet people are posting their pictures of their white Kia Sorento having the exact issue mine has. Also in the small town I live in there are at least 10 people who drive a white Kia Sorento like mine and each one is losing their paint to peeling and delamination. Just driving across California you can see that this is a manufacturing issue that has effected most all their customers who bought a white Kia from 2013 - 2018. After reading this question I am making an appointment to go into an Official Kia dealership to address this issue and get their feedback and hopefully a resolution on their end. When driving at about 10mph in my kids daycare driveway on a downward slope towards the main road, I depressed the brake pedal to stop and the car did not slow down. A few feet before intersecting the main road, I depressed the brake pedal fully to the floor and the car panic stopped. No braking action happened until the brake pedal was fully depressed to the floor.
