FSD lane‑selection defect: vehicle moves into far‑left lane and remains there, forcing right‑side passing. Vehicle: 2025 Tesla Model 3, FSD v13.2.9 (current production build) Behaviour (100 % reproducible): • On every non‑interstate roadway with two lanes in each direction, the car self‑selects the far‑left lane and stays there at or just below the posted speed limit even
... when the right lane is completely clear. • If I disengage FSD, manually steer into the right lane, and immediately re‑engage FSD, the system moves back into the far‑left lane within seconds. This occurs on every attempt. • The freeway/interstate stack exits the left lane correctly, proving the capability exists and the defect is limited to surface‑street logic. Legal conflict: • Violates Massachusetts General Laws, ch. 89 § 4B, which requires drivers to keep to the right‑hand lane except when overtaking.Read more

Engine failure with no warning — cylinder #7 collapsed, pushrod broke, and exhaust manifold cracked at only 68,000 miles. This is a known issue with 5.7L HEMI engines, particularly involving defective lifters and camshafts. These failures can result in total engine loss, potential stalling at speed, or permanent engine damage. I am reporting this due to concern over the growing number of simila
... r failures in Ram trucks with low mileage, which may indicate a design defect. FCA/Stellantis has denied goodwill assistance despite low mileage and well-documented cases. This could be a safety issue if engine failure occurs while driving. Please investigate.Read more

We purchased a 2016 Kia Soul with the GDI engine in October 2024 from Jim Shorkey Kia in Uniontown with 60K miles on it. We just had to have a whole new Catalytic Converter installed that cost us $1500 because the one on this car was completely messed up. It caused the car to stall, have no power and when my daughter was pulling into her parking space, this caused the brakes to stop working beca
... use the car was getting NO power. The converter was completely clogged and the whole thing had to be replaced (AT OUR EXPENSE)! This was a recall for the same year Kia Souls, but somehow this one is NOT on the recall list for the exact thing that these were being recalled. How does that work? We were left without a vehicle for days and we had to pay to have the car towed to a garage and repaired. Kia would do nothing, so we had to have it repaired at a reputable garage in our area! Only having the car of less than 8 months after buying it used from a KIA dealership, this is disheartening. How could they sell a car that obviously had issues with the catalytic converter, or they did just NOT check the vehicle out before they sold it to someone. I get that it was a used car but are we seriously going to sell a car to someone that obviously has an issue! So why exactly was this 2016 KIA Soul with the GDI engine, NOT recalled?? We should be reimbursed for this. This is crazy. My daughter could have been in a horrible accident. THANKFULLY she was only leaving her apartment and in the parking lot of her home! What do we do about getting this? This car clearly has issues and should have been recalled with the others!Read more

I am submitting a formal safety complaint regarding my 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX‑6R. June 22, 2025, I received two official “Do Not Ride” letters from Kawasaki. These letters state that, due to a possible internal engine defect, the motorcycle is unsafe to operate. My authorized Kawasaki dealer has confirmed that my unit is affected by a manufacturing issue that can cause engine seizure without
... warning, leading to serious risk of crash, injury, or death. It’s also important to note that Kawasaki notified dealers of this issue on June 4, 2025—over two weeks ago. Despite this, I only received my first formal customer notice on June 22. In the meantime, I was unknowingly operating a potentially dangerous motorcycle. Kawasaki has not provided a fix, recall repair, or buyback option. The bike is currently parked and unusable, while I continue to incur insurance costs, loss of use, and storage burden. The issue appears to stem from an over-torqued crankshaft bolt or related internal engine component — a known problem on other 2024 ZX‑6R units already recalled. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate this case further and ensure all affected motorcycles — including those not yet officially listed by VIN — are promptly included in the recall campaign and made eligible for full safety repair, buyback or additional compensation.Read more

A: Two fuel injectors on bank 2 are failing intermittently causing the engine light to flash and stay on (P0300 errors) and the car loses power. This also happened to my daughter when she was in WA state, driving to work on the highway (the car was serviced but the fuel injectors were not replaced - see attached receipt). Q: Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? A: Yes. An independent service center performed a injector value load test which determines the amount of blocked pressure the injector is performing under load. The values and the math show that more than 1 injector on bank 2 are failing. Q: Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? A: I had the vehicle in the Hyundai dealer but they did not do the injector load test and only wanted to replace all the coil packs and plugs. I had two other independent service facilities confirm the issue is with fault fuel injectors. Hyundai has the parts on hold and is not releasing any due to this issue. I do NOT understand how this is not a recall circumstance. I am fortunate that in both instances an accident did not occur. Q: Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? A: Yes, the engine light comes on - at first blinking, then steady.
