Rear differential failed, axle fluid leak, causing damage to axle, bearings and brakes. All needed to be replaced.

Received "SVC FWD" light on the dash. Four wheel drive stopped working. I was able to continue driving with front wheel drive only. Jeep had 13,000 when it happened. Took it to the dealership for inspection in September 2025. They diagnosed it as a bad PTU and needed replaced. They were going to call me when the new part came in. It's been over 5 months and I never heard from them.

There has been an open recall for over a year and no remedy has been found. I am having failure with my speed power and every dealership wants to charge me because there is no remedy for this recall. The PTU was bad and was replaced by the dealership under Chrysler extended warranty. The dealership then said the transfer case module and motor needed to be replaced and while at the dealership replacing those components they informed me that the rear differential axle is bad resulting from the bad PTU

Front brakes and rotors 0n 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe had to be replaced at 16,926 miles due to disintegration, rusting, and break down of components. No prior warnings or messages. Damage to front braking system put vehicle occupants at risk due to difficulty stopping. Defect identified by dealer and components replaced at cost to consumer of $394.95.
