It has been over a year since I got my notice of recall. Still no fix for this according to the dealer. It is completely unacceptable that I have a vehicle that is not really usable without risk while they sit around and dont get a fix. It can not be that complicated. Replace the ptu if they have to. I know it sucks but if its a safety thing then it needs to be done.

Waited for of a month from the time I called for service for Jeep to address recall High-Voltage Battery Fire Risk NHTSA Campaign: 25V741 / Manufacturer Recall 68C Upon leaving the service department at Salerno & Duane jeep the issue was unresolved. Service tech was expecting the customer to pay for an added oil change due to the recall which should be the responiblity of Jeep.

The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with coolant intrusion into the cylinder, causing engine failure. In addition, an unknown part of the electrical system had failed. Hello my truck is having issues stalling, noise like grinding, rattling, or some kind of clunking sounds especially during acceleration. It jerking movement. My car will shift into neutral by itself and sometimes it won't even shift into gear at all when trying to put it into drive.

My dealership (Jeep Bayside Annapolis, MD) is refusing to fix the recall. They say they’ve had issues with some of the cars, and it’s taking too long. They said they’ve are capable of fixing the recall, but are refusing to do so.

Klamath Falls Dodge Dealership and Stellantis have failed to repair the defects cited in the A7C, 68C and 78C. My vehicle is subject to sudden stops and sudden fires. The vehicle has been at the dealership since 12/28/2025. I filed a claim online and with certified mail with Stellantis. No action has been taken to correct the defects and the vehicle can't be driven in a safe manner.

PTU failure occurred in May of 2025. This was verified by the Jeep dealer. Vehicle rolled downhill into traffic and towards a residential home upon attempting to stop at stop sign with PTU failure occurred. There were no warnings prior to this. Vehicle is still unusable 9 months later and Jeep will not provide a a timeline for PTU replacement.

The instrument panel cluster went totally dark, I only have 53,000 miles on this vehicle. I can't see any warning lights, digital speed, and most dangerously how much gas I have in the vehicle. The dealer wants $2000.00 to replace it but this seems to be a common issue with Jeeps and the 7.0 cluster should be recalled along with the 3.5 cluster. I have the 7.0 that has not been recalled yet.
