I was rolling up to a red light. The jeep shut down on a main road. The battery light, ABS, and power saver mode went on. The power steering shut off and then the car shut off. I was unable to move the vehicle. I wait 5 minutes then started the car again and got it rolled into the nearest parking lot

The jeep will randomly lose cabin heat and blow cold air. It seems to happen mostly when the battery is drained. Took it to dealer but they tried to say it was normal which we stated it can’t be normal to not be able to defrost your windshield in the winter. And I regularly diagnose and service my car by the Jeep dealership and the diagnostic scan shows that everything is good with the car, still the airbag light keeps coming up on the dashboard. There is another recall 2nd one for this vehicle that now I cannot charge it . Park near other vehicles or in my garage due to fear of fire. Dealership says they are doing approx 1-2 a month and I am #59 on the list. I have not been offered a replacement vehicle. They told me I could not trade it in because it is “unsellable”.

I wes driving and the over heat light came on in pulled over and had car towed to dealer. The dealer pulled the report and they said I needed a new engine and that I drove 40 miles in limp mode. The center high mounted tail light (CHMTL) has failed. It makes it a little harder to see the vehicle is braking. The fuses are fine. It is a very common failure on Jeep Gladiators. Many times people don't know it has failed. There are no warning lamps or indicators to tell you it has failed.

My daughter was driving her car in the middle of a busy intersection when the parking brake locked up causing her to come to an abrupt stop and almost cause an accident. A quick google search appears to indicate that this issue has already been under investigation by NHTSA for a period of time.
