I had a really disappointing experience at Delta Sonic Car Wash in [XXX] and feel like other customers should be aware. During my visit, an employee used a pressure washer on my windshield before I entered the wash. This caused small debris to stick to the glass, and instead of being removed, it stayed on my windshield as my car went through the wash. The equipment then dragged that debris acros
... s the glass, leaving a deep scratch about 8 inches long. My windshield was only 2 months old and in perfect condition before this. I reported the damage immediately on-site, but my claim was denied. There was no real accountability, no effort to make it right—just a flat refusal. What makes this even more frustrating is that my fiancé and I have been loyal customers for years. We’ve spent hundreds here and have had memberships every winter since 2018. Because of how this was handled, we have now canceled our membership and have urged others to do the same. Also worth noting—many of the reviews here focus heavily on the food and not the car wash itself, which I now find misleading based on my experience. I understand that accidents can happen, but how a business handles those situations matters. In this case, the damage was caused by their process, and they still chose not to take responsibility. I would recommend taking photos of your vehicle before entering or reconsidering using this location altogether. Car is a Gas Hybrid (not plugin). 3 occurrences over the last couple of months. Car emits a warning sound and a message on the dash says "Check Hybrid System. Stop Safely". Looks like Hybrid Battery is comp

Dealer in the past have not been able to find cause/cure since this issue is not posting any errors to the onboard diagnostic system. Temporary 'fix' is to power off car, and power back on. I slowly put my foot on the brake and suddenly heard a noise under the vehicle. It sounded like loud grinding. As pulled forward I looked in the rear view mirror and didn't see anything in the road that may have fallen out from under my vehicle. When I pushed on the gas I was suddenly accelerating forward very quickly without my control. This was maybe one or two seconds after I heard the noise.
... I hit the brakes and nothing happened. My only choice was to hit the back end of the other vehicle as there were pedestrians on either side. The vehicle was continuing to accelerate even after I tried to put it in park. I was worried if the car in front of me moved, that I would keep going. I even pressed the emergency brake button twice and nothing worked. Nothing was working at all. I called the police. They told me to try turning off the car. I pressed the button to turn the car off, but it took several pushes to work. I could hear that the rpms lowered extremely slowly. Once the police came they didn't see anything in the road at all. Vehicle was moved to a body shop and when they turned on the car it immediately started revving really loudly again.Read more

RE: The Power Liftgate Module Malfunction Approximately 45 days ago I began to see water build up inside the well where the liftgate locks. After seeing this twice - after it rained - I was at the dealership for an oil change and asked them to take a look. After review they suspected water intrusion, as there was a recall but not specifically on my VIN. Dealership indicated water tests were need
... ed and I needed to drop my car off for the day or 2. They also indicated to seek your help because of the recall. I couldn't leave my car there that day. On 3/28/26 I did several water tests on the hatchback, using a hose and controlled the flow over the different sections of the hatchback in grid fashion of 6 sections. Each section I sprinkled water like a light rain and then waited 60 mins to see if the water would make it into the lock well. After checking I dried the lock well and then waited another hour to be sure no additional water came into the lock well, before continuing the process over the course of that day and the next. Each time water intruded, entered the inside of the vehicle into the lock well. After conducting research on this issue, the recall stated that this could cause a fire, and not to park the car inside of the garage or near other vehicles. As a result, the hatchback is malfunctioning, it opens and then automatically reverses, and it closes. It will not stay open and is not usable. I'd like to bring it back to the dealership for further testing however, I'd also like to get this resolved in the same visit as I'm sure they will find the same outcome of water intruding causing the electrical issues with the liftgate. Due to it being a fire hazard, I'm afraid to use my vehicle. Can you assist so I don't need to leave my one and only vehicle with the dealership for more than a day or two?Read more

The first time, all of the dash lights were blinking and there was an awful noise coming from the engine. I could not drive over 10 mph. The vehicle had to be towed 200 miles to the nearest Nissan dealer in Billings, MT. They cleared the codes, test drove it and said everything was fine. The s

Prior to all of this happening, my car had an open recall for the 1.5L VC-Turbo engine that my car has. Since the first time this occurred and Nissan "fixed" the problem, there has been no open recall. With the second occurance, Nissan had to replace the Throttle Actuator and Gaskets according to the invoice. Luckily, I had purchased my own extended warranty and that warranty covered $1,104.20 of the $1,204.20 (I paid $100 co-pay). I was charged $715 for towing from Nissan Roadside Assistance. The invoice claims the Nissan found the following diagnostic results: DTC P0507-00 Wwhich is directly linked to a fractured internal gear in the Electric Throttle Control Actuator, the subject of NHTSA Recall 26V081 and DTC P0196 which is directly linked to engine oil temperature performance, the precursor to engine bearing seizures addressed in NHTSA Recall 26V080. Nissan is currently excluding many 2023 models from the "official" recall list. My car has 67,350 miles on it, but this failure should be covered by Nissan's 10-year/120,000-mile extended powertrain warranty. The parts replaced (throttle actuator and gaskets) and the diagnostic codes are identical to those in the 2026 expanded recall populations. Denying coverage based on an "open recall" statis is a violation of the spirit of the NHTSA safety mandates for this engine. I am formally requesting/demanding reimbursment from Nissan North America for the $815 that I have been charged.Read more

While driving the 2024 Mazda CX-90 and making turns the steering wheel become difficult to straighten/reduce deflection from the turned position. This has caused the vehicle to depart from our lane in traffic on the freeway multiple times. This has caused safety risk for ourselves with traffic barriers as well as with vehicles in other lanes. It is possible to over power the “sticking point” h
... owever it seems to be getting worse. A mazda service center has been contacted and they denied that they are required to remedy this because they already completed the recall for this issue in the past. The vehicle is available for inspection. The issues seems to be somewhere in the steering linkage or steering wheel mechanism based on the feel of the issues.Read more

Transmission is now not shifting out of park and this is after having issues with the engine allowing coolant to get in and causing damage with the cylinders. Would not pass the pressure test. When calling ford customer service and headquarters telling me there is no way they can help with good will. Find this troublesome when they already know the EcoBoost causing issues to the car and my car is

I am filing this complaint regarding Hyundai Motor America's failure to complete a vehicle repair in a timely manner on my 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (VIN: [XXX] ), which has been at Hyundai of Leander, an authorized Hyundai service center in Leander, Texas, since September 2025 — more than six months — awaiting a replacement high-voltage battery. (Case No. XXX) I purchased this vehicle in Septembe
... r 2025 from Apple Sport Imports in [XXX] . The vehicle was sent immediately to Hyundai of Leander for an open repair and I never took full delivery. I was informed the replacement battery was initially allocated to a different dealership and a new order could not be placed until approximately January 2026. As of March 2026, Hyundai's own case manager confirmed in writing on March 30, 2026 only that they are working to determine the battery's arrival date with no confirmed completion date provided. Since November 2025, I have made 5 monthly payments of $513.92 totaling $2,569.60 on a vehicle I have never driven, with a sixth payment of $513.92 due in April 2026. I am also flagging a potential records discrepancy for NHTSA's awareness. When I checked my VIN on Hyundai's recall lookup website, Recall 272 — covering an ICCU software update, fuse replacement, and ICCU replacement on 2022-2024 MY IONIQ 5 vehicles — is listed as a Closed Campaign with a completion date of October 24, 2025. My vehicle was physically at Hyundai of Leander awaiting parts on that date and remains there today. I do not know whether this recall is related to the current open repair, but I am flagging the potential discrepancy for investigation. When I raised this with Hyundai of Leander's service department, I received no clear explanation. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate Hyundai Motor America's recall fulfillment practices and the accuracy of their recall completion records for this vehicle. "My 2015 Ford F-150 is experiencing an intermittent, complete loss of the Output Shaft Speed (OSS) signal within the 6R80 transmission lead frame. While driving at speed, the speedometer suddenly drops to zero, the 'wrench' light illuminates, and the vehicle performs an unintended, harsh downshift into a lower gear (Limp Mode/3rd gear).
