Dealer reported the incorrect mileage on my vehicle when I took it in for service. Now today when I came in 02/16/2026, they told me about this issue and it affected my warranty and also affected my car fax record for my vehicle.

THIS MODEL VEHICLE AND SEVERAL OTHERS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED, HAVE A CENTER CONSOLE CUPHOLDER THAT IS TRIMMED IN CHROME. THE CHROME IS PEELING ON BOTH CUPHOLDERS AT THE EDGES AND EXTREMELY SHARP AND HAVE PERSONALLY BEEN CUT AND CAUSING LACERATIONS AND BLEEDING.

On multiple occasions, the transmission does not respond to gear changes such as moving from drive to reverse or park into drive. On those occasions, the D for drive would be blinking. More concerning and very dangerous is a lack of propulsion mid drive, the transmission would not go into gear. The engine would rev high, and it would not move forward, except by whatever momentum it originally had.... Read more

The ABS control module has failed. Anti-lock brake and stability management systems, in addition to vehicle descent control are malfunctioning. This renders the vehicle extremely unstable and difficult to drive. Stellantis is aware of the problem and reports no replacement parts are available and has not issued a recall. The vehicle has low milage and has never been in an accident.
