DT: THE CONTACT TOOK HER VEHCILE INTO THE MECHANIC FOR AN ALIGNMENT BECAUSE HER CAR WAS MOVING ALL OVER THE ROAD, AND THE MECHANIC NOTICED THE PROBLEM WITH THE BALL JOINTS THEN. THE CONTACT SAYS THAT LAST TUESDAY SHE TOOK HER VEHCILE TO HAVE IT SERVICED AND THE MECHANIC NOTICED THAT HER PASSENGER LOWER BALL JOINT ON THE FRONT WAS LOOSE SO HE TIGHTENED IT FOR HER ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATION AND TOL
... D HER THAT IT WAS A MANUFACTURER PROBLEM. AT THE TIME ON TUESDAY SHE WAS UNAWARE OF THE RECALL OF THE VEHCILE UNTIL SATURDAY MAY 7TH. ON SATURDAY THE BALL JOINT BROKE AND THE DRIVERS SIDE BALL JOINT IS LOOSE NOW. THE BALL JOINT BROKE WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING AND HER TIRE CAME A LOOSE AND CAUSED THE FRONT END TO FALL DOWN CAUSING HER TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND DONE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE.
