HE BASICALLY TOLD ME, THAT THESE ABS BRAKES DO RELEASE AND THE RATE AT WHICH THE CAR DECELERATES IS REDUCED "SOMEWHAT" BUT IT STILL FALLS WITHIN THE FEDERAL MANDATES. THE FACT THAT YOUR DECELERATION RATE IS NOT CONSTANT IS WHERE I SEE THE PROBLEM. YOU CANNOT JUDGE YOUR BRAKING CAPABILITIES, BECAUSE IF FOR SOME REASON YOU HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD WHILE STOPPING, IT MAY TAKE YOU TWICE AS LONG TO STOP.
