WARNING LIGHT CAME ON FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG SYSTEM THAT IT WAS NOT OPERATIONAL. I RESEARCHED IT AND BELIEVE IT IS A FAULTY SENSOR. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER G37S OF THE SAME MODEL YEAR. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AS I BELIEVE THE WHOLE SRS SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING.

DAMAGE: HAS TO BE SOME FRONT END STEERING PART DAMAGE FROM HITTING CURB TWICE WITH FRONT END. DENT IN FRONT PASSENGER FENDER. I SUSPECT BROKEN AXLE, AS DRIVER REAR WHEEL IS AT AN ANGLE. ... EARS WHILE DRIVING (ALMOST HAD AN ACCIDENT DUE TO THIS DRIVING UP AN ON-RAMP ON THE FREEWAY, THE VEHICLE WOULDN'T ACCELERATE FAST ENOUGH FOR ME TO MERGE), AND MAKES LOUD SOUNDS RANDOMLY. I'VE TAKEN IT TO MY LOCAL INFINITE DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY DON'T SEE A PROBLEM WHEN THEY TEST IT. SO I THEN DROVE WITH A TECH AND DUPLICATED THE PROBLEM. BUT THEY CONTINUE TO DENY REPAIRS BECAUSE MY VEHICLE ISN'T REGISTERING ANY CODES WHILE TESTING THE TRANSMISSION, EVEN AFTER THE PROBLEM WAS DUPLICATED. THEY HAVE KEPT MY VEHICLE WEEKS AT A TIME (THEY HAVE IT RIGHT NOW) DOING SOFTWARE UPGRADES AND PATCHING WHATEVER. BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST TODAY. I'VE ONLY HAD IT FOR 8 MOS (PURCHASED PRE-OWNED). I EVEN OPENED TWO CASES WITH INFINITI CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THEY EVEN QUIT FOLLOWING UP. I WISH I COULD GET RID OF THIS VEHICLE. IT'S NOT SAFE TO DRIVE WHILE THE MANUFACTURER IS REFUSING TO REPAIR A "WELL KNOWN" ISSUE FOR THIS VEHICLE.
