2013 JX 35, rear subframe is cracked. With this vehicle only being in service approx 9yrs, i find it hard that a frame issue is even possible. This sounds like a manufacturer defect than anything else. Inspection at my local dealer found the issue when I brought it in from oil change. 3rd party service centers have all stated that there is no way that this truck has a subframe issue

The timing chain needs to be replaced on my vehicle with under 80,000 miles. Researching the issue i found that this is a very common problem with this specific engine. This is an $80,000+ car brand new and it did not last 80,000 miles. This is an obvious part malfunction due to the design of the vehicle. Infiniti should do something. It is a costly repair.

2013 INFINITI G37. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ILLUMINATED AIR BAG LIGHT. THE CONSUMER STATED A LOCAL MECHANIC ADVISED THE SENSOR LOCATED INSIDE THE PASSENGER SEAT MALFUNCTIONED. THE ENTIRE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER.

I have 3 issues with the car. The braking issue presented itself last in time but is most important relative to safety. Around mid January 2022, my car, while I was driving, and without any notice, began to decelerate/brake for no reason. My car is equipped with front driver assist but there were no cars, hazards, in front of me. It was a clear, dry day and the car was warm. It was momentary
... and fortunately no one was behind me. The car beeped, but there was no other warning. The second time this same event happened, however, the accelerator pushed back against my foot. Again, no one was in front of me and it was a clear, dry day. The third time this happened, the car beeped and what I know now is the cruise control indicator, appeared on the display. I did not touch the cruise control to activate. The other two issues were that both display screens were blacking out and rebooting while driving, for no apparent reason. The other issue is with the Sirius XM satellite, which is not functioning properly. I have informed Sirius XM of this issue as well. Given all of these issues, possibly all electrical, I contacted my local Infiniti dealer to assess, with special concern for the random braking issue. The car was assessed and they could not duplicate any problems. They mentioned that perhaps if they had more time they may be able to duplicate the problems. The following Monday, I took the car to the dealership and left it overnight for assessment. I was called the next day and advised that they could not duplicate the issues. The dealership returned the car without making any repairs, diagnoses, or being to able to duplicate problems. Since the car has been returned to me, it has continued to have problems. The braking issue has happened twice since, with one time involving the accelerator pushing back. The screen has blacked out and gone into parking mode, while I was driving. I have to keep the car running longer than necessary to even duplicate the problem, and when I do the gas gauge just suddenly starts dropping. And if for some reason I even let my gas get low enough to have the low fuel lamp come on, it's almost too late and I barely make it t

I live 200-400 miles from any Infiniti dealer. Infiniti will not authorize the repair at my local Nissan dealership. The only option was to tow my car 200 miles to a dealer there and then tow it back. Obviously, if there were any issues following the repair...I would have to drive the 400 miles to have it resolved. ... s close to the Murray Utah dealer so I called them to arrange the repair. They made an appt. for this weekend, denied a replacement vehicle and then said that the visit would only be to inspect and see if my airbag needed to be replaced. If it did, they would need to order the part and have the vehicle brought in when they had the part. They did not have the part in stock and could not tell me a time frame that the part would arrive. I then called the infiniti airbag replacement department from the letters I receive weekly. The representative said she had never heard of this and called the dealer directly. THey continued with this nonsense stating they had to see if I actually needed the repair. Mind you non of the communication in the last 5 years mentions anything that I might possibly have this defective airbag. The representative connected me to Infiniti corporation who stood on this same policy. I had regional manager call back and she repeated that I would have to inspect and then order...mind you that would require me to commuting 8 hours if the part doesn't come within a few weeks when I will have the car back. I asked if they could send me the replacement part and I will pay for the repair (No) Authorize my local Nissan or other dealer to inspect if I have the faulty airbag before towing my car 2 hours to a repair shop (NO) Do they care that my airbag could be triggered at any time and possibly kill someone (No).Read more

I put the car in reverse and the car started working again. I took the car to the agency I was without a car for Several days because the agency doesn’t have a car available for rent. The car engine suddenly shut off itself while I am driving in the middle of the road. The engine and the collision sensor lights were on, I had to fully stop the car and put it into "P" then restart the engine in order to go again. It was a heavy snowing day, I drove pretty slow about 20- 30 mph. It happened twice that day and one of the times I was stopped at the middle of an intersection. There
... were no warning lamps or any other symptoms at all, and my car still has fuel which the dealer can prove. It's extremely dangerous because my car just suddenly has to stop especially it was a snowing day. I got the car tolled to an Infiniti dealer the next day, they ran a check and did a test drive (was not snowing the next day) but they couldn't duplicate the problem, so they cannot fix anything. Contacted Infiniti Cooperate but they said if the dealer couldn't duplicate the problem, they cannot do anything about it.Read more
